Weigh in 🙋♀️ After doing some research I realised I was massively under eating so for the last couple of weeks I have been trialling a pretty large increase in my calories. I was skeptical at first and initially the scales did increase slightly - mostly due to water retention and my body getting used to being properly fed! But now that seems to have settled and here I am, 2lb lighter in 2 weeks and that’s with 2 days of going quite significantly over my deficit! I have SO much more energy, feel way less restricted and I’m losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way.
