I think the weather is picking up later, fingers crossed. But for now I'm startingy morning off cleansing. Water cleansing with magnesium flakes to mentally cleanse the old habits from my body that I haven't treated so very well since having Connie. I've fed it less nutritional food, over fed it even. Eating wholefoods for my meals but then snacking on chocolate isn't balance. It's creating type 2 diabetes. It's creating weight issues which lead to mental blocks on feeling good about myself. My stomach can't heal or even have the operation if I don't get myself sorted. I'm cleansing away the torture I've given myself since having Connie, the way my life feels different having young children with their own personalities, needs, etc. My favourite thing is being a mum to be honest, sitting down and drawing with them, being in the woods with them, cosleeping with Connie, we're literally a little friendship group. Since starting work again, I have put home life connection slightly severed, but here's to finding that balance so I can keep my cortisol levels down, it's a fight or flight response each morning from school runs to work to school pick ups straight after until I can come home and slow down. The system has you in this hustle and bustle but once we're all home it's slow living from there. What a beautiful card I pulled from @deerheart_woman deck a few months ago and I only really looked at it properly now, as I was sorting my phone gallery out! It's a great message about new beginnings, that may feel strange, wierd and even shocking at times, but by bearing through them we can begin to attune to the new energies we are being exposed to. An in-between stage. Unknown, however temporary as we transition. I guess this can also apply to when we put something out there to the universe and then we receive it. 🌟 Heal, Shift & Manifest 🌟 When we begin to heal, we shift our energy. Our vibration and frequency changes. We let go of what we no longer need to carry. We feel different. Lighter. Manifestation or Reading the Energies? Often we think of something and lo and behold it happens. We exclaim “I manifested this”. Did we? Or have we just become very good at reading energies? Think of the spider on its web. It weaves its web and then can sense every single movement upon it. We could see the web weaving as manifestation… but is it possible to manifest something instantly? In some cases yes. However if we truly believe this have we used our energy to change someone’s behaviour against their free will? Is it possible that instead of manifestation we have actually increased our sensitivity. We have become the spider on the web. We sense things before they arrive. Yesterday a random person popped into my head. This morning I saw they had unfollowed me. (There’s no bad feelings around this). I’m pretty sure I didn’t manifest that. There was complete neutrality on my part. Was my spidey senses just letting me know there would be a disconnection with that person. We often call these premonitions. Could it be that the Divine/Source energy is bringing these things into our lives and we read the signs they are coming? It was not our influence - it was just fate. A natural pattern of cause and effect or spirit/ancestors redirecting us. If we take the credit are we disempowering Divine Energy? What a lot to ponder!! All this came up in a conversation in my Reiki training yesterday. Take notice of your thoughts. What you project and what you receive. The actions you take. Be mindful of what you may have manifested or what you have been gifted by the universe. Develop your spidey senses. Read your web. Trust your gut. Manifesting comes from thoughts AND action. How is Manifest May going? Just before posting this I saw @featherstone.divinaire story also about GRATITUDE so there must be something in the air! Gratitude (like, 'sincere' gratitude) is a great manifestor. When we 'really' are grateful, from the bottom of our hearts, we are more able to manifest more abundance in our lives. In order to do this, we really need to start seeing the beauty in everything, embracing the dark with the light and appreciating how our life experiences bring us life lessons that shape us and help us to grow.
