Sorry, i missed a week out, so I had to delete and repost. 🙈😫 Small loss this week, but it's still a loss. I've been so busy and not eating enough to burn the extra calories 😬🙈 But hey ho, it's half a pound closer to my target. However, I had a huge and, I mean, massive NSV today. I went shopping with my sis and a friend today (Saturday) and I bought a dress! And I dont do dresses. Not only that, this dress is a size 12 too!! I think in school was the last time I fit into a size 12. Over 20 years ago....... It made me feel so proud of myself for how far I've come since October 28th 2023. 58 lbs down 🙌🏼 Since losing my excess weight and staying on top of my nutrition, I’ve noticed a drastic change in my acne, PCOS; cramping, energy levels, and overall happiness. I’m still not where I want to be, but I’m getting there. I’m nearing 6 months post op! The only downside to this surgery, for me, is the hair loss. I was mentally prepared for it and now that I’m going through it, I can honestly say I’m dealing with it just fine. I’m using castor oil, vitamins, and collagen powder in my protein drinks which is helping. As for the PCOS & the gastric sleeve; I have found the weight loss isn’t exactly associated to the lesser symptoms of my PCOS, but rather the IUD I have is “protecting” me from common symptoms. So this I am happy about. Genoten van het weekend !♡ Vanmiddag zijn we even naar mijn schoonouders op de camping geweest! Het was heerlijk weer🌞 Dat kon ik wel weer even gebruiken na een hele gezellige koningsdag met lieve vrienden🧡 Mijn energie is door de maagverkleining ontzettend laag en ik ben elke dag doodop. De waardes van mijn bloed waren goed, dus aan de vitamines kan het niet liggen. Nu ben ik aan het mailen met de dieetist wat ik kan doen, maar daar komt het vooral op neer dat ik meer moet eten, en dat gaat dan weer niet. Mijn lievelingsontbijtje Lekker en gezond, ook nog eens super makkelijk te maken. Na een maagverkleining eet je natuurlijk een stuk minder en val je af, maar je moet ook je leefstijl aanpasen daar hoort gezond eten natuurlijk bij! Ik merkte dat ik doordat ik kleine hoeveelheden eet niet snel de moeite neem om er echt wat van te maken dus dat probeer ik steeds vaker te doen wannneer ik er tijd voor heb! Het oog wil ook wat zullen we maar zeggen😉 Recept: Prak de banaan, en voeg daar het ei aan toe. Roer dit goed door elkaar. Doe daar de havermout en kaneel er bij en roer dit er ook door. Nu kun je kleine beetjes in de pan doen, ik verdeel het vaak in 3 of 4 kleine pannekoekjes. Als ze aan beide kant goed gebakken zijn, zijn ze klaar. Je kunt de pannenkoeken zo opeten maar ik vind het lekker om er kwark of yoghurt aan toe te voegen. Ik gebruik meestal iets met veel eiwitten zoals isey skyr, en dan leg ik er nog wat fruit bij.
