I found giant blueberries at the market last week, and the resulting Blueberry-Rosemary Breakfast Pudding from โ€˜Deep Run Rootsโ€™ @chefandthef was a delicious start to our past holiday weekend. Sourdough bread cubes, fat blueberries, chopped rosemary, and lemon zest are combine in a custard of milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. All is arranged in your baking dish and refrigerated overnight (!). In the morning, itโ€™s topped with more sugar and nutmeg and baked for an hour. First, the aroma. Is it muffins? Is it pancakes?
