Looking for a tasty and easy-to-make dish for your next barbecue? πŸ₯©πŸ’ Steak Kabobs 🍒πŸ₯© Instructions: Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, black pepper, and salt. Add the cubed steak to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld. Prepare the Vegetables: While the steak is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting them into uniform pieces for even cooking. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Assemble the Kabobs: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between different vegetables and pieces of steak. Brush any remaining marinade over the assembled kabobs. Grill the Kabobs: Place the kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred. For medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of 135Β°F (57Β°C); for medium, aim for 145Β°F (63Β°C). #steakkabobs #grillingseason #DeliciousEats #summerbbq #FlavorfulMeals #homemadegoodness #tendersteak #colorfulvegetables #recipeoftheday #recipe #recipeideas #recipeshare #recipeidea #summerrecipe #summerrecipes #summerrecipes🌞 #summerrecipeideas

Air Fryer Steak Kabobs 🍒 Ingredients: - 2 lbs of top sirloin, cut into 2-inch chunks - 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 purple onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces - 15 mini sweet bell peppers, seeds removed and sliced in half - 2 tbsp olive oil - Steak seasoning, to taste Instructions: 1. Lightly season the steak and let it rest at room temperature for an hour. While optional, this step significantly contributes to the tenderness of the steak. 2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if required. 3. Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between steak and vegetables until the skewer is filled. A common pattern is one piece of steak followed by three pieces of vegetables. Repeat until all skewers are filled. 4. Place the prepared skewers in the air fryer basket and brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle steak seasoning over the vegetables and steak, according to taste. 5. Cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Ensure desired doneness using a meat thermometer. 6. Once cooked to preference, remove the steak kabobs from the air fryer and wrap them in foil. Allow them to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. #AirFryer #SteakKabobs #EasyRecipes #Grilling #FoodieFavs #DeliciousDinner #HealthyEating #HomeCooking #FoodInspiration #TastyTreats #YumYum #FoodPhotography #SizzlingSteak #VeggieDelight #CookingAtHome #QuickMeals #WeeknightDinner #FamilyFavorites #FlavorExplosion #KabobLove #FoodieLife #TreatYourself #CookingTips #GetCooking #SimpleAndDelicious #BonAppetit 🌟

Perfect for your next BBQ or family dinner. #GrillingSeason #SteakKabobs #HealthyEating" Grilled Steak and Asparagus Kabobs Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme Salt and pepper to taste Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling) Directions: Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, rosemary (or thyme), salt, and pepper. Add the steak cubes and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor. Prep the Asparagus: While the steak is marinating, blanch the asparagus pieces in boiling water for 2 minutes, then plunge them into ice water to stop the cooking process. This will help maintain their vibrant green color and crisp texture. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the marinated steak cubes and asparagus pieces alternately onto the skewers. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking. Grill the Kabobs: Place the kabobs on the grill, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the asparagus is tender and lightly charred, about 8-10 minutes for medium-rare steak. Serve: Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to be redistributed, ensuring your steak is juicy and flavorful.
