Recipe share! If you're looking for a tasty spring dish to add to your rotation this week, try this Mustard and Herb Crusted Salmon with a Warm Asparagus Salad! Directions: 1-Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. 2-Bring 8 cups of salted water to a boil in a covered large saute pan. Fill a large bowl with ice water and set a mesh strainer on top of the ice. 3-Pulse the panko, parsley, the leaves from 1 sprig fresh tarragon and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a mini food processor until the herbs are coarsely chopped. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of the oil and pulse until the mixture is combined. Transfer to a plate. 4-Combine the brown sugar, mustard, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice and remaining 1 tablespoon oil in a small bowl. Brush the tops and sides of the salmon generously with the mustard mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Press a salmon fillet, top-side down, into the panko mixture. Place, panko-side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining fillets and bake until the panko is toasted and the salmon is just cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. 5-Meanwhile, put the asparagus and peas in the saute pan of boiling water and cook until almost crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Transfer the vegetables to the prepared ice bath with a slotted spoon and let cool, about 1 minute. 6-Then heat a second large saute pan over medium-high heat and add the butter, swirling, until melted. Drain the cooled vegetables and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the radishes, the remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tablespoons tarragon. Toss to combine, taste and adjust the seasoning. E’ morbidissimo e fresco! Perfetto per le colazioni in primavera ed estate! Anche a Filippo è piaciuto molto! Vi lascio la ricetta qui sotto così mi fate sapere se vi sarà piaciuto come a noi! Buona settimana, Amici! 💛🫐🫶🏻 Preparazione: Mescolare in una planetaria 3 uova con 140 grammi di zucchero di canna, unire a filo 80 ml di Olio e 200 gr di yogurt greco. Mescolate fino a far venire un composto spumoso, poi aggiungete le scorze di limone molto fini. Incorporato ora 250 gr di farina ben setacciata e 1 bustina di lievito per dolce. Ora, aggiungete 300 gr di mirtilli BEN ASCGIUTATI perché altrimenti l’acqua potrebbe rovinare l’impasto, io ne ho lasciato qualcuno per la decorazione sopra. Imburrate e infarinate uno stampo da plum-cake e cuocete a 180 gr statico per 50 min! Rhubarb and orange curd cake. I wanted to use up some of the rhubarb from my garden so revisited this recipe I’ve made a few times which is a really simple one layer cake. It has rhubarb and almonds in the sponge and also orange zest. The topping in this case is double cream with orange curd swirled in and I used some poached rhubarb, strawberries, fresh mint and a dusting of icing sugar to decorate. CRISPY AARDAPPELS MET DILLE, JALAPENOS EN CITROEN Dit heb je nodig: - 4/5 grote aardappels - Dille (10 gram) - Citroen 1 - Sjalot 1 - Augurk (1 grote) - Jalapenos - Bieslook (10 gram) - Zure room/creme fraische (125 gram) Kook de aardappels 15 minuten in gezouten water. Hak ondertussen de sjalot, jalapenos, bieslook, augurk en dille fijn. Meng dit met 125 gram zure room. Rasp hier de schil van de citroen doorheen en breng op smaak met zout en peper. Verwarm de oven op 180-200 graden. Giet de aardappels af. Leg op een bakplaat en plet de aardappel zo dun mogelijk. Ik doe dit altijd met de onderkant van een mok. Besprenkel flink met olijfolie, beetje peper en zout en plaats in de oven voor 40 minuten. De aardappels moeten écht knapperig zijn.
