Post 1 of 3: The Moorish Science Temple of America (MSTA) is a religious organization and operates as a jural society and not a State government. In the pictures are the differences between the MSTA and a State. A State is a “defined territory” which means it’s a country itself. To decolonize from America (13 colonies/colonists), the people in that specific territory or country must use the exact same boundaries as the colonizers used to decolonize. This is called Uti Possidetis Juris and is res judicata in international law. Many states/countries have several MSTA’s within it, but the country itself wouldn’t/is not known as ‘Moorish Science Temple of America’. That’s an organization and not a country. The other element of Statehood is having a “permanent population”. If you look on my page in the more recent posts, you’ll see a video explaining how international does not have a fixed requirement of how many people it takes to start a State (State gov). Many people think you need hundreds or thousands to start a State gov but you don’t. Look at the U.S. and how they started. The third element of Statehood is “government”. The word State is synonymous w/ State government. This means 3 branches of government are established, elected representatives and public inaugurations are to be established, State constitution like any other State around the world, State flag (Not Kingdom of Morocco’s State flag), State seal, etc. The MSTA doesn’t have 3 branches of government, elected officials etc. We must keep in mind that the MSTA is a JURAL SOCIETY and not a State (country/State gov) etc. The MSTA doesn’t have State laws for everyone in the entire state to abide by. What they have is only for the members for that religious organization. Also, States don’t have members, they have citizens or nationals, which also is another hint at knowing how the MSTA is not a State government. This post is in honor of El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, or who most know as Malcolm X since today is his birthday. These videos show him expressing that we as a people should have went to the United Nations in the 1960’s to pursue the upliftment of HUMAN RIGHTS instead of fighting for CIVIL RIGHTS. Unlike many people today, he knew that the Americans were the colonizers and that we must DEcolonize from under the U.S./U.S.A. system. Unfortunately, for many centuries, the indigenous people have take on the identity of Americans (13 colonies/colonists) in exchange for our original and lawful identity (Moroccan). In these videos you can hear El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz mention that we are “African-Americans” which is not true. Although he was a step closer to the truth by knowing we must go to the UN, he did not understand that we can only be protected and actual decolonize using the identity of ‘Moroccan’. He also was not a part of a (Moroccan) State government to give him diplomatic privileges and immunities that only a State government can give you which is why he was murdered. Thanks to this brave Moor, the whole world has been that much closer to realizing the solution! Now Moroccan State governments have been formed and will be establishing the actual government for the Empire of Morocco on June 8, 2024 that all Moroccan States will unify under, just as the USA has done with their (de facto) “states”. Study this post and realize that International law has changed over the years. The ppl of India refer to that land as Hindustan only in songs, poems, etc but NOT for current political purposes. Why? B/c the people of that territory decided to call it India once they decolonized from Britain in the 1940’s. Before that period, India was known as several different names and ruled by several different kingdoms, “empires”, etc. Some of those names were ‘Bharat’, ‘Hindustan’, ‘Sindhu’, ‘Artavarta’ and ‘Jambudvipa’. None of those names were the LAWFUL name of the land though. 16 May 1975- Sikkim Statehood Day Sikkim became the 22nd State of India Vide Constitution(36th Amendment) Act 1975 on May 16, 1975. The Act provides that the Legislative Assembly of Sikkim shall consist of not less than thirty two members and that the Assembly of Sikkim formed as a result of the elections held in Sikkim in April, 1974 with 32 members elected in the said elections (hereinafter referred to as the sitting members) shall be deemed to be the legislative Assembly of the State of Sikkim duly constituted under the Constitution. Sikkim is situated at the North East of the union and has a geographical area of 7096 kms only having a population of 5 lakhs and 40 thousand. It was a tiny Himalayan kingdom once ruled by the hereditary monarchy for about 3 centuries from 17 century A.D. In 1950 the kingdom became a protectorate of the Government of India vested with autonomy in its internal affairs while its defence, communications and external relation under the responsibility of the protector. The kingdom finally opted to become full fledged State of the Indian Union with effect from 26 April, 1975 vide the Constitution 36th Amendment Act 1975 with special provision laid for the State under article 371(F) of the Constitution of India. Let’s break down what’s being said here. The U.S. is saying the extraterritorial jurisdiction they’re exercising in Morocco would give the Arab States the mindset that we are “so called States”. Well why do they think that? B/c this whole world has been under the impression that this landmass is America and it’s actually Morocco. On top of that the Arabs are who helped colonize the original Moroccans. By infiltrating the original Moroccan government, the Arabs were able to overthrow the Moroccan government. The Kingdom of Morocco assisted in the colonization of Moors and even debunked the Sultans seat of office down to that of a King. This means that as we Moors exercise the Moorish treaties by implementing a Sultan and Moroccan Government for the Empire of Morocco, the Kingdom of Morocco will have to answer to us as well.
