Quota 29 Primitivo is a wine made by @menhirsalento The colour is ruby red with intense violet reflections. To the nose we perceive hints of black cherry, cherry, plum and dark chocolate; there is also a hint of black pepper. To the mouth the wine is warm, round, structured with perfectly blended tannins. A note of licorice on the finish. It's excellent with grilled meats, game and aged cheeses.
