The first Kundalini Sisterhood 🌹 These women, these 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬.. I have been a part of their healing journeys since October 4th, 2021 - and what a journey it has been! When I started creating The Kundalini Academy, I wanted to create a space for witchy women to come together as a collective, to heal, to learn, and to grow in a multitude of ways; that could help them learn to embody their most authentic selves. What kind of attachment style do you have? What is an attachment style? Well, first off - there are 4! • Anxious/Preoccupied • Avoidant/Dismissive • Disorganized/Fearful-Avoidant • Secure If you find yourself overly invested and involved with personal relationships, dependent on others for self worth, finding yourself being demanding or clingy towards others attention, feeling abandoned when your partner is taking space. You might have an 𝗔𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀/𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗱 attachment style. Maybe you tend to be compulsively self reliant, distant in your relationships, pushing away people when they start to get close to you, or downplay the importance of having intimate relationships. It's a surreal experience - watching your dreams manifest. We are almost into our 3rd week of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲! 🌹 I am at a loss for words for how this experience has been thus far, the women and their stories - their sheer resilience and strength. Inspiring. To have the opportunity to facilitate such a group, is something I truly did not believe was attainable for me. I don't only mean 1 year ago (although I would have never imagined this was possible then either). 𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲. Shame holds us back from truly experiencing pleasure - within ourselves, and our s^xual encounters. That shame can come from a variety of places: • Society • S^xual Trauma • Family Trauma • Body Image • Self Doubt • Bullying Mine? Mine comes from a few places, but mostly from Society. Why? Because of the work I do - in more then one area. Within Yana I provide services connecting spirituality and s^xuality (notice I have to replace 'e' with '^') Instagram and other platforms shadow ban such words - so people have difficulty finding my posts. So that becomes a challenge when building a business platform. There also tends to; atleast in the more well known history - be a gap between the spiritual and the s^xual. We talk about abstinence and virginity - staying 'pure'. As if experiencing a life giving energy is sinful. Now, I did take a year during collage in celibacy - without any actual intention to do so. Looking back on that it was more so a delve into myself to find my own s^xuality. I've always been a physical creature - I've always thrived in the darker corners that life has to offer. My younger self was conditioned to have shame about this. I remember getting a tattoo on my pelvis a year out of high school, and sharing a picture on an old social media platform - which quickly became the talk of the town! 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙚, 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙟𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. Is what I was met with. Fast forward 2 years - I was in the midst of celibacy. Worried about having to many partners, not being worthy of love, giving myself to often, etc. That conditioning is created to keep us away from 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. It isn't about negating the physical so that we become ethereal, we have incarnated on earth to experience the 3D - and all the pleasure, joy, and pain that comes with it! Today I still experience projections of shame - from people who don't understand my work, and thats ok. My guidance is not for them. But perhaps it is for you!
