May 8, 2024 Ran into Epcot tonight just to get out of my apartment for an hour and to grab something to eat for dinner. Tried the duck in France for the first time. The line is usually long and during the busy season/weekends, you might have to get in a virtual queue to get a taste of these amazing cookies!

May 3, 2024 What a wonderful and fun day at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios without @katekehrer 🤣. @_alc_1122 and myself ate around Epcot and rode all the rides and then went the Hollywood Studios and rode Midway Mania (which I won) and Alien Swirling Saucers. All Star Movies is a great place to stay with a young child. We stayed there in 2000 for 9 nights when my daughter was age 6. When traveling at that age I kept my daughter on her normal routine, wake-up, breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime. I found this to make both of us have a much more enjoyable vacation because there was no overtired crabby kid to deal with. We used the food court often because most of the time a meal was large enough for both of us. We would return to the resort in the hottest part of the day and spend time at one of the pools or playground. When returning to the resort in the evening we would explore a different part of the resort before returning to the room for bath time, writing in a journal, reading, and bedtime. In all between 2000-2003 we spent 33 nights at an All-Star Resort over 4 vacations. Imagine being a six year old and finding these larger than life characters when going for a walk at night. One of the best character breakfast at WDW is Topolino’s Terrace! Dine with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy at Disney’s Rivera resort. It’s a set price of $50 for adults and $30 for kids 9 and under. Included in this price are 🥐 muffins and a hazelnut spread, then choose 1 entree of choice, and 1 soft drink or juice of choice (I recommend the POG juice…blend of passion fruit, orange, and guava juices) I chose the steak and eggs which was 2 eggs any style, roasted potatoes, pomodoraccio tomatoes, polenta, and wild mushroom conserva. The steak was delicious and eggs were fluffy and warm. I highly recommend this meal, it is worth what you are paying for. They also have a selection of morning alcoholic beverages and coffees to choose from as well for an additional price. All Star Movies is a great place to stay with a young child. We stayed there in 2000 for 9 nights when my daughter was age 6. When traveling at that age I kept my daughter on her normal routine, wake-up, breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime. I found this to make both of us have a much more enjoyable vacation because there was no overtired crabby kid to deal with. We used the food court often because most of the time a meal was large enough for both of us. We would return to the resort in the hottest part of the day and spend time at one of the pools or playground. When returning to the resort in the evening we would explore a different part of the resort before returning to the room for bath time, writing in a journal, reading, and bedtime.
