As I lay in contemplation this morning by the side of my daughter as she slept, I was reflecting on all the ways she GIVES to me… 🕊️ Through her PURE aura, PRESENCE and ESSENCE 🕊️ Through the Love that she so INNATELY is…her laughter, joy and even her tears 🕊️ Through her openness to be vulnerable in laying herself down fully at the altar of Divine Will Without knowing she’s doing it but living in complete alignment with her design as God’s PURE, INNOCENT and BEAUTIFUL Creation. Then I thought back to a Near Death Experience account I watched a few weeks ago (these have become a fast fave!) and I was shown a specific scene as a woman recalled her own experience of transition into the afterlife. She shared that she remembers the moment her Soul left her body and began lifting off into a higher state of being. In this state she felt like herself but different. All the shame, guilt, fear, anger and pain was gone, but she kept the memories, the joy, laughter, her innate quirky sense of humour… And it was like she was herself but only the highest most expansive and JOYFUL parts. She was instantly at Peace in the frequency of her own ESSENCE and being… At Home in God 🕊️ I believe God is a FREQUENCY, a state of being that we come to remember and awaken to within our Selves. And children, animals, nature reflect this PURE ESSENCE back to us so effortlessly, beautifully and perfectly. It’s EVERYTHING. It’s ALL THAT YOU ARE. ‘Good morning’ from my new abode! 🏠♥️ Feeling my Queen aspect this morning, letting in the goodness of this timeline that’s emerging and continuing to let go of the goodness of the previous one… feeling tears with the Divine of gratitude and also letting go of what was. It’s vulnerable to be living on my own again for the first time in 4 years, yet it’s not really ‘on my own’ in another way, since my beloveds in my community are so close by. All day yesterday they helped me move in and get settled, encouraged my Queen in satisfying her needs for some practical items which added up quickly money-wise (my inner masculine had to take some deep breaths!), and overall were just there to simply celebrate the new with me. The Divine really couldn’t have orchestrated this better for me… and indeed, I have to say that all of my moves have been serendipitous and held throughout the last 10+ years of my life, despite the anxieties or worries that’s parts of me may understandably. Even under the messiest of circumstances and life-changes, such as relationship completions and even having to leave this community for different phases, I’ve always felt held by the Divine, by my Divine Self, and by love’s shifts moving me onward (and inward). For your deeper desire to manifest, something has to go Recently I made an intention. I then took 1 inspired action, a new level of clarity emerged on something I’ve been in confusion about for a long time. This revelation leads to stepping up in my leadership, in my mastery and in my craft while being in a receptive and aligned feminine energy. And, what I’m witnessing alongside is death and letting go. That which is not aligned is dropping away, fading away, completing. It is truly a gift. It’s about rising into the next level. Rising to what I’ve been calling in with more safety in my body, fluidity in my energy and alignment in my heart and soul. It requires a new level of trust, surrender and letting go. A shedding of a whole identity. If you’re experiencing this, it is about creating space for that which is wayyy more aligned to who you’re becoming and where you’re going. At a deeper spiritual level, this is about being in tune with life, and not resisting. As I write this, I’m realizing that several of my clients are going through something similar. Sometimes I forget and drop into old work hard patterns that have helped me create success in the past. Working hard has more of a masculine quality, it’s about pushing through, achievement, doing, creating from the mind and oftentimes at the cost of the body and our feminine energy. I’ve especially noticed this when when faced with difficult circumstances, because it feels safer to take control of the situation, do a lot, take a lot of action, because hard work must pay off, right? ;) Time and time again I remind myself to slow down, and just be. Ahhh just saying that feels so liberating! That specific energy of working hard is the exact energy that will crush your body and will lead to a drop of energy, finances and probably your relationship with the masculine. Here are some symptoms of this that you may be experiencing: - Ups and downs in your finances, leading to unpredictability in your income which creates stress in your body and has you diverting to safer work-hard strategies - Highs in your energy and results, then followed by crashes in your energy and of course results - Lack of attraction in your romantic relationships and not really feeling held, provided for and seen by the masculine The key is to be in your body, allow the wisdom of the body to guide you! Cultivate safety in the body and trust. Create aligned to intuition. Every single day this is my ritual and way of being, as much as possible. Sitting in silence, in meditation, cultivating my life force energy through my body and connecting with my own masculine for guidance and then allowing myself to be in my feminine pleasure for things to be received with less effort and more flow. So much is moving through us all in these days of intense change. We are being called deeper into relationship, with ourselves & with the world. Yesterday I spoke about our Sacred Responsibility. Today I want to talk about what is not our responsibility. Why? Because we need to set ourselves free. Free from all the ways we allow our true expression to be controlled, oppressed, manipulated, stifled, consciously or unconsciously by others. This is time to stand in our own authentic truth & power. To remember who we are. Before anyone started telling us to be less of this and more of that… or making us feel our voice, our light, our power was not welcome. No more silencing, stifling, contorting ourselves to fit another’s expectations. So I am here today to tell you - loudly & clearly. You are NOT responsible for Another persons trigger Another persons reaction Another persons perception Another persons expectations So many people experience deep frustration, sadness, disappointment, even anger when their expectations of another are not met. But you must understand these expectations are yours. They are within you. They reflect something you desire or need to source within yourself. For this is a journey of self-embodiment. A journey of union within ourselves. And so I ask you… Are you using your triggers to turn inwards & reflect on the inner work you are being called to do? Are you tending to your own needs & desires? Are you showing up for yourself? Are you working on sourcing what you need within yourself rather than expecting someone outside of you to provide it, and blaming them when they do not? The truth is, it is not your “responsibility” to make anyone feel any particular way. You are a mirror for all others in the world. Their inner world determines how they perceive & experience you. No amount of external love, worth, safety, validation etc will truly be enough for someone until they find it WITHIN themselves. Everything we are searching for is found inside of us. Divine Love transcends every human barrier, its mysteries are woven into the very fabric of our being, it is not something be chased after or grasped, bought or sold, controlled or manipulated, it is a higher vibration that must be felt to be truly understood, felt to be known and in the feeling of this great love, comes the allowing, allowing for it to be free and flow along the inevitable path it was always destined to take. Whether it is with you for a moment or a lifetime, it is to recognise and honoured for the great gift that it is, for love has and always will be our greatest teacher. To our human mind it is unfathomable and so utterly expansive in nature, if you are the same before and after love, you haven’t truly loved, by this I mean once true love is poured into your being by another, you expand, and in doing so your capacity to hold more love expands too, this is the divine gift ! The cracking is the much needed activation.
