Red Thai curry kit with rice noodles 🍜 😋 Never be ashamed of using a curry kit. Very easy to use and so much flavour. This took less than 15mins. It's perfect 🤌🏻 A little recipe recap for you: 1 box your favorite box cake mix (I used @realduncanhines ) 1 egg, beaten 1/4 Cup @criscobrand vegetable/canola oil 2 Tbsp - 1/4 Cup milk *Any mix-ins you like!* Preheat oven to 350°F Combine ingredients until a nice, dense dough forms. So I’ve been into making overnight oats. For one it’s easy to put together the night before. Secondly I just grab the jar in the morning and go. Thirdly, there are many combinations so it’s not boring. This is a basic recipe with almond milk and chia seeds. I switch up the milk to banana milk and substitute chia seeds for a tablespoon of yogurt. I’m truly not a yogurt fan but it works with the overnight oats because it thickens the mixture and adds the probiotics. Get some extra protein in by adding a scoop of protein powder. OVERNIGHT OATS (PREPARED 8 HOURS BEFORE) (2 servings) 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions: ➡️ Mix all ingredients together and divide evenly between two mason jars or containers. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight - enjoy! Optional: Add fruit or nuts to your overnights oats! Grilled Chicken Fettuccine with Creamy Avocado sauce! My new favorite!! 😋 And the best part, it’s super simple. 🥑 - I used: 1 package of Miracle Noodles Fettuccine (@thrivemarket) 120g raw Boneless skinless chicken breast (seasoned to taste) 55g of fresh avocado 30g of light sour cream - 1. I cooked my chicken breast then set aside while I threw my Miracle Noodles in the pan to cook for just a few minutes. 2. Then mixed my avocado and sour cream with a fork until it was mashed and creamy. 3. Added my noodles to a bowl and mixed the avocado mixture with the noodles. 4. 🍳 Egg Salad Lovers Only 🍳 I know this is not everyone’s cup of tea, but this is about one of the quickest ways I know how to whip up a tasty protein snack that I will eat straight from the bowl without even thinking to put it on a sandwich 🥪 (Yay for a recipe that doesn’t make me miss carbs 😅) Simply meal prep some hard-boiled eggs for the week so that you can… Peel and slice 2 hard boiled eggs in a bowl with… 1 tsp mayo 1 tsp dijon mustard 1/2 tsp hot sauce Black pepper and dried dill per your liking That’s literally it. Meal prep this week started strong on Sunday until I realized making paella took more time than I plannned. I finished the paella and later in the week started to notice I was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted to eat and got overly hungry which makes it hard for me to stay in my Weight Watcher points budget so I took 45 minutes this morning and finished. Healthy Breakfast | Sprouts Chilla . . Start your day with a healthy twist by making Sprouts Chilla for breakfast. It's l Delicious and easy to make! . . Ingredients 1 cup sprouts (blended with 1/2 cup water) 2 tbsp gram flour Salt to taste Freshly chopped coriander Chopped onion Chopped spinach (optional) 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp Cumin powder Method: 1. Add sprouts blended with water in a bowl along with gram flour. Mix it well and make sure that no lumps are left in the batter. 2. Add Chopped Onion and chopped coriander along with salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix it well. 3. On a pan, spread the batter in circular motion and Cook it on both sides until it's brown. Healthiest Cake Recipe | Dates cake  NO MAIDA, NO SUGAR, NO JAGGERY  . . Ingredients -Dates: 25pcs - Warm Milk- 1+1/2 Cup -Vanilla essences- 1/2 tsp -Ghee: 1/2 cup -Wheat flour: 1 cup -Baking powder: 1 tsp -Baking soda: 1/2 tsp -Shredded Almonds Method: - I soaked the dates in warm milk for 15 mins and then I blended it with ghee and vanilla essence. - In a bowl, I mixed Wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder. - Mix the dry and wet mixture together.. and whisk for 5 minutes - Take a microwave Glassware and grease it with ghee.. and sprinkle some wheat flour to avoid sticking. - Put the Cake batter in the Glassware along with that I sprinkled shredded almond on top and then I Baked it in @lg_india lightwave microwave for 170°C for 25 mins in CONVECTION mode . .
