Up with the sunrise today!☀️ Do I normally get up at 6:30am on my Saturday off to workout?! Nooo But do I when I know I’m going to have a busy day ahead & have goals to crush?! YES!! The weekend is NOT my week end! I choose to prioritize ME- no matter what day of the week it is. My goals don’t care if it’s a Tuesday or Saturday so I shouldn’t either! Celeste is a school nurse in Jersey But also works in the clinic and prn in the hospital as a labor and delivery RN You can say she is BUSY! When she gets spare time she enjoys eating out with her friends and grabbing margaritas, dancing and shopping. In the past, she has tried Herbalife which worked at the beginning where she would lose weight quickly but then she got sick of drinking her meals to the point where she would start feeling nauseous after them She’s also worked with a personal trainer that would criticize her eating habits. He tried giving her a meal plan but it was so generic that it didn’t allow her to eat what she liked to eat Lastly she’s tried Beachbody. “The problem was when I would go off plan it would give me such anxiety that I didn't stick to my containers even if what I ate was healthy and it was hard to have to count how many containers I had left and it made meal planning hard because if I went over on one container at a certain meal I couldn't have exactly what I wanted for the next meal.” She came to us frustrated that she couldn’t stick to a plan that was unrealistic to her busy schedule Until now She started using the RNerigzed Eating Method which allows her to eat the foods she loves, still go out with her girls without the guilt and have time to get her workouts in Her results in just a month are astonishing! FITNESS AND FOOD Good Morning folks, Where to start with this one!! I've been many shapes and sizes over the years. I was extremely lucky as a young person and never really had a weight problem. 18 hit and I found freedom and food and fell into pretty bad eating habits. I just love all the not so nutrient foods. The weird thing is I love veg and fruit....I just prefer crisps and chicken balls 🤣🤣. Well I'm now back to working on the best balance that works for me. This is not a diet, this is me creating positive habits and sticking to them so I can have crisps and chicken balls without feeling guilty. I've really been enjoying fruit protein smoothies in the morning, this will probably switch to a protein porridge in the winter. Keeping it simple in the week so I have room to play on the weekend. I've also given up alcohol unless it's a special occasion and I'm loving it. (This though is very easy for me, I fully understand this is really tough for others) What are you guys doing in terms of fitness/lifestyle ect? I hope today brings you what you need D xx

10 years in April... 10 years of constantly working on myself. 10 years of learning a healthy relationship with food. I still struggle daily with food, with finding time or really making the time to get into the gym or do any physical workout. Since covid I’ve gained 6lbs and I feel it emotionally and physically. I’ve come so far yet, I still struggle to put myself as a priority and to take care of my health. We’re human, we all put other people, work, kids, priorities before ourselves. But we have to STOP doing just that.. and make ourselves a priority... especially as a frontline worker. My birthdays in a month. I’m making a priority to go into another year of my 30s with myself prioritized... my family second, and my job third... I can’t remember the last time I sweated this much from a home workout 😆 • • I woke up late today. When little one woke up after only napping for 10mins, and you were just warmed up for your workouts, what are you gonna do? • • Duhh! Invite her to join you! So proud of myself for sticking it out. I am a single parent to 2 lovely girls. I have multiple jobs. And still find time to keep up with my outdoor actives ie. bicycling and running. I have been working out for years but for the last 6 months it’s different. I put God First. I found a community with accountability as a focus and worked on changing me inside out. Day 6 of #asanaallegiance , my morning sun salutations then head off to yoga class (power or sculpt) then some handstand prep while tinkering in the house. Day3 of #asanaallegiance, more inversion prep, this morning I fell from my headstand in the power yoga class, I have to press up from #prasarita and as I was engaging my legs , I lost my balance. The teacher ask if I was ok, and I said I’m still sleepy, which is true. My insomnia acted up again and I was tired from lack of sleep.But I was pleasantly surprise that I fell the right way, Been practicing how to fall and I guess I did know how to fall. !!TRUE STORY!! This girl on my back is the exact amount of weight that I have lost and kept off since being on my fitness journey. For me this a huge deal but for others this is nothing. Whatever the amount of weight is that you are needing to lose regardless if it is 5 or 100 it is a big deal! You shouldnt judge your battle or struggle based on others journey because we are all on a different path but with one common goal....to get healthy! So embrace your success regardless how big or small and keep pushing through the struggles. Be an overcomer and be happy with any accomplishment you make in life! Shhh....I HAVE A CONFESSION!⤵️⤵️⤵️ I ate not☝️but ✌️pieces of 🍰 yesterday! Yep that's right and I didn't gain weight. I didn't ruin my results. I didn't hate myself after it. I didn't tell myself I couldn't have it! I don't deprive myself of the sweet life! That's what I love about having a routine and habits set and formed. I no longer eat 🍰, 🍕, or junk period and let that ruin me. I don't let it derail me to the point of no return. I know now that I can indulge and get started right back the next day. I don't quit because I failed one time or heck maybe even multiple times I keep going! It's party time....I party! However I do know there is a limit and a time to get back on the right path! I want to help you find that path and that consistency in your life! I want to help you be happy, confident, and healthy. I want to help you make the right choices and.....the wrong ones lol at times like 🍩, 🍕, 🍰 etc. I don't want you to hate this life. I want you to love it like I do. When I first got the kids I thought I couldn't do it. I thought there is no way I could do my normal day life and raise three kids. I thought I was going to be exhausted and miserable all the time. I am not gonna sugar coat it for you. Is it hard... YES no doubt. However working out and being mindful of what I fuel my body with daily helps me keep my energy level up BELOEVE IT OR NOT! I still workout 5-6 days a week any where from 30-60 minutes a day. I don't make excuses and I listen to my body if I need to take a day off. The babies workout with me or take naps during and even on some days they become the weight🏋️‍♀️! I may have to pause the workout go pull a kid out of a box they got stuck in or make one of them quit picking on the other but... I GET IT DONE. So if there is any momma's out their fighting a battle with trying to lose weight, work full time, and raise their children. I am your girl. I want to help YOU create habits that will last a lifetime! We have a group starting up and I would love to help you get started!
