Todayโs direction was to do a single line drawing of something beautiful, then do it again with your non-dominant hand. THEN throw colour on it! Pushed my brain in a bunch of good ways that Iโve been missing without Shart and without my regular sketching. The difference between Shart and sketching on myw own is that @heathertravisโ challenges & themes get me out of my own head, routines and patterns to try new things that can be shitty. And often are. So what a productive Saturday, got a bunch of parts looked up and ordered for several customer projects this morning, then got the Ford 9โ rear all together for the 67 Fastback, then I installed a nice pair of high heals on โThe Mistressโ my 56 Panhead, she always wants me to ride her! Then went down to Harley and picked up an ABS module for a customers bike and while in Gettysburg picked up 150 gallons of waste oil that I heat the shop with. VOILA! Lunch is served, post workout. It always looks โeasyโ, but I even struggle to make meals like this just happen. Your mind, body and soul will thank you for it though.
