📍Bluffers Park Beach - In the last few months, I've found myself gravitating towards darker and more moody edits. At first, I thought it was a reflection of how I was feeling. However, as time has passed, it's become clear that it's not mood related (thank goodness). Sometimes, it just makes the images feel more powerful... like there is a statement to be made. Morning Watch — You're standing on one of South Beach's iconic lifeguard stations, waiting for sunrise. Thick clouds stretch to the eastern horizon, far out in the Atlantic Ocean. You can hear the surf pounding in the faint predawn light. Will the sun break through? And then a golden glow breaks over the ocean and sun rays cast over the waves in front of you as the clouds above remain a cool purplish. It's the start of another amazing day in South Florida! I created this gorgeous photo earlier this year during my first trip to the Sunshine State. The team magnified this KALEIDOSCOPIC 84 times to a human scale so we can be inside and inhabit the installation, sure knew what they were doing. You feel like you are inside an actual huge kaleidoscopic with people looking in on you. The team that magnified this KALEIDOSCOPIC 84 times to a human scale so we can be inside and inhabit the installation, knew what they were doing.
