😅🤗 Ein Tag voller Emotionen und Spannung liegt hinter uns 🤔🤩: Dieser FreiDay war geprägt von Freude, Frust, Ritualen, Erfolgen und neuer Energie. 💫 Viele Schüler:innen brachten sich mit vollem Einsatz ein und erlebten gemeinsam Höhen ⏫ und Tiefen ⏬ in ihrer Projektarbeit. Mit neuer Motivation und frischem Schwung verfolgten einige Projektteams außerhalb der Schule (z.B. im Kindergarten, auf den Schulwegen mit ihren Fahrrädern, in der Grundschule nebenan) ihre Projektziele. 🏘️ 💡Unsere Mindset-Übungen zu Beginn eines jeden FreiDays sind vielfältig und lerngruppenorientiert. Die praktischen Übungen helfen den Schüler:innen nicht nur dabei, ihr Denken zu stärken und positive Gewohnheiten zu entwickeln, sondern unterstützen ihre mentale Gesundheit und lassen sie ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen. Doch natürlich gibt es Herausforderungen auf diesem Weg, wie das Überwinden von Selbstzweifeln und das Durchbrechen alter Denkmuster. Mit Unterstützung und Übung können wir gemeinsam diese Hindernisse überwinden und ein starkes, gesundes Mindset entwickeln! 💪✨ Unsere Highlights am FreiDay #28: * Das Schulteichteam 💦 nahm ihre ersten Materiallieferungen in Empfang und schuftete den ganzen FreiDay im Schulgarten. RARE OPPORTUNITY: Up for sale is our beloved noodle machine. This beauty is a Yamato Richmen type 1 LM100621, capable of producing 100 portions of noodles per hour. Everything you need is on the same machine, mixing, rolling, bookfolding and cutting. The roller adjustment is precise to 0.1mm, and our machine comes with four different cutters - #10, #18, #24 and #28 ($1000 of value each, after the first cutter which comes with the machine) - accommodating for almost all noodle types, from thick bouncy handmade style to very thin low hydration Hakata style. We always used boutique biodynamic flour, and were able to produce a portion of noodles at $0.21 COGS, $0.51 including wages. With cheaper flour $0.40 per portion is achievable. Yamato has a wealth of information across their website and youtube, from maintenance to free noodle making information and machine use techniques to maximise efficiency. We paid $11,500 for the machine back in 2021 and, despite being the foundation of our business and producing 50kg of noodles a week for the past 2.5 years, it's still running strong. The machine has been meticulously cared for and regularly lubricated and properly cleaned. I can honestly say it is in far better condition than when we adopted it. We are asking $10,000 for our baby as we need to sell it fast. As a bonus we will provide training for your staff as well as any recipes a potential buyer may be interested in.
