Mesurant 1m94 pour 90 kg, il a été repéré par une agence de mannequins à 17 ans lorsqu’il vivait à Montréal. C’est à cette période qu’il a commencé la musculation, encouragé par son agent et les exigences des clients dans l’industrie de la mode. 🏋️‍♂️ Son engagement sérieux envers la musculation a pris forme à 23 ans, alors qu’il était coach sportif à Taiwan. 1 day vs 70 days out / 2017 vs 2024 2017: at 162lbs the day before competing carbed up and pumped/post upper workout and tanned. Vs 2024: 190lbs, 70 days out fromthe first planned show and 18 to last show for the year, this is fasted, with no pump, and no tan. Got more fat to lose, but it's nice being nearly 30 pounds up from 2017! Natural bodybuilding is so exciting to me with progress and potential being slow but it does come with consistency and work!! I've been training 4-6 days per week since 2012 with no more than a few single weeks off due to surgery. Consistency is key 🔑 👌 💯

When you're starting to build muscle, doing 8-15+ reps might not be the best way. To build muscle effectively, you need to stress your muscles with weight, let them rest, and they will grow. High rep ranges aren't great for building strength. They tire out your cardiovascular system before challenging your muscles enough. Many beginners are told to do 10-15 reps per set, but that didn't work for me. I only saw progress when I started lifting heavier weights over time. So, if you're struggling to grow, focus on lifting heavier weights instead of just doing lots of reps. It's a simple but effective approach. . . . . . I have been debating on posting this..... We all look at social media and the Internet to see where we might be in our journeys.Comparing ourselves to what we see. When I had my Dexa Scan done @dexamonitor , I was disappointed because I thought I had less Body fat. Not 32%. I was comparing myself to the photo charts of women's body fat, I see all the time on the internet. Honestly thought I was around 28%. I am posting this because I want people to see what 32% really looks like, no photoshop touch ups. 32%is pretty average for a woman in her mid 50's, we carry more fat than men. As you can see from the scan most of my fat lies in the hip and waist area. Again, the most common place for women to carry fat. I am currently cutting my calories and have changed my workout to lighter weight more reps and added in 20-30 minutes of cardio every gym day. (Basically what we call a cut) Let's see what BF% I will be by June. In my opinion you only need to train 3 days a week. Remember, Bodybuilding is not an endurance sport. Of course, Some people won’t ne able to maintain this routine because it requires intense training. IMAGINE: November 2022. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, I'd lost the will to live. I picked up 1 dumbbell. I started to move. Every. Day. I joined a gym and contacted a PT. The days per week grew and grew as the more I was there, I felt alive again. The hours I spent expanded, the weights got heavier, and my waist grew smaller, and my food habits changed. And continue to fuel my need to be stronger. In mind and soul. These first two photos were taken August/September last year. So much has changed in myself. I don't know this girl anymore. She was still an incredibly determined woman, but now she's a queen. If you're feeling like you want to, just fkn do it.
