Line a baking tray with baking paper. + Heat a small nonstick frypan and coat generously with olive oil. Add the onion, garlic, sage, fennel seeds, and cumin seeds. Cook until the onion is soft. There is nothing aesthetically pleasing about this photo. BUT It has everything my body needs, without the tummy ache. I took some ground beef, which was leftover from Memorial Day. Added a whole avocado, some hot sauce, fried some banana in avocado oil. This acts like a plantain, and I’ve also seen many videos of individuals eating ground beef and banana together.
