After a little front porch gardening in the morning, Friends of Smoke Hole Canyon co-founder @grayowlfeather and yours truly took a few hours to tease trout down in the canyon. Along the way, we replaced the flag on the grave of indigenous Revolutionary War hero William Eagle, and laid a bouquet of wildflowers on the grave of his wife, Mary. Mother Nature rewarded us with this tasty Hawk's heart growing right above them.
