Mail call... I got my @trick_or_treat_studios #thetexaschainsawmassacreremake #leatherface #onesixthscale #actionfigure from @bigbadtoystore . He is a pretty awesome #figure. The headsculpt is really amazing and has a great likeness to #andrewbryniarski's character in the #movie. His outfit is also nicely done, but it could have used a bit more blood. Also, his arm wraps come undone really easily. I had to replace the first one I got because the left gauntlet came undone. Then the second had the right come undone. Luckily, between the two, I got one good figure. In terms of accessories, #thomashewitt comes with his signature #chainsaw, a sledgehammer, and an alternate hand. He is able to hold both the chainsaw and the sledgehammer very nicely ( #unlike the Sideshow release which wouldn't let him hold the chainsaw in both hands). Overall, I am really pleased with this guy. He isn't perfect, but he is probably the best version of the #2003 Leatherface out there. If you are a fan of #thetexaschainsawmassacre, or love #horror in general, you'll definitely wanna pick up this guy for your collection. I now have all three #trickortreatstudios 1:6 scale #texaschainsawmassacre #actionfigures. They are all amazing, and I really hope that more of them get made. What I once regarded as a simply bizarre, throwaway cash grab sequel is really anything but. It truly is an unhinged, bold micro budget gem. My Texas chainsaw massacre 4 next generation set, finally finished. Really happy with these, all in ecoflex 20 silicone. This film gets hate sometimes, but I always wanted to do this set. Loads of research went into these over the years ,finding what reference I could and asking people who worked on them questions, etc You can see years back I did a set,that I grew not entirely happy with so I redid all of them. Clay laid up for a core, and finished core. Always really enjoyed this process the few times I've done it. I was gonna have it be a horizontal/flat pour but I wasn't confident the silicone would've filled right and gone up to some of the edges since it's such an uneven edged mask(it may have worked,I'm still new to these types of molds) but i didnt wanna go against my gut,so I made the spout at the top so it will fill from bottom of neck to top of head instead. We'll see how successful it is here soon, I pick up silicone today. Start on the next generation/TCM 4 leatherface killing mask to complete the set. Can't wait to have pics of all 3 masks side by side. The stitches are just place holders, using a clay extruder for the final sculpted in stitches(they were sculpted on the original) Also the eyes haven't been filled in yet, if you know about this mask, the eye holes change a bit.
