A bit off a accountability post this morning, I am human and I do find things hard not everything is nice and a bed of roses. The last few months have been really really hard I got an injury in my marathon training block. Which I found harder than I thought. I sold our family home which was a lot harder than I ever imagined, I know have this massive hole where I have always been there for someone and I am struggling with gap, and finding a new purpose. I know that my training and eating habits have taken a step back. But it’s time to get back on track probably not just for one week. Ready to get me back (what ever that will look like), as I have lost my way. Ready to work with @sampbfitness once again properly. Sorry for the rant. #beingreal #motavation #lostmyway
