Pierwszy tak ciepły, słoneczny weekend na Wyspach, więc tradycyjnie obraliśmy kierunek w stronę Kornwalii, by sezon plażowania rozpocząć na jednej z naszych ulubionych plaż. Plaża jest niedostępna podczas odpływu dlatego zawsze trzeba sprawdzać godziny i wielkość pływu, żeby móc stanąć suchą stopą, kiedy się tam dotrze. Zejście na tą plażę zawsze było dość trudne, wymagające trochę sprawności fizycznej. Niestety z przykrością musimy stwierdzić, że wspomagające metalowe barierki uległy w części totalnej korozji i obecnie zejście na plażę zrobiło się odrobinę ekstremalne. Uwielbiamy tą plażę i obawiamy się jedynie, że nic tu nie doczeka się naprawy, a jedynie zejście może zostać zamknięte. We paid a visit to St Nectan's in Hartland a couple of days ago. The medieval church dates from 1360. The impressive tower was built around 1420 and stands 128 feet high. There's a teeny little museum inside, at the top of a very narrow/bendy staircase. It was a bit of a pilgrimage... You see, William Chanter was assistant curate and then perpetual curate of St Nectan's from 1789-1859. He was the father of John Mill Chanter, vicar of Ilfracombe. This weekend was truly unforgettable. With the stunning photos and stories shared around the world, it was clear that Friday night’s Aurora display in the UK was one of the most remarkable displays we’ve ever seen. As I waited patiently in my favourite spot in Mid Devon for darkness to set in, a soft purple hue began to emerge. And then, after an hour, it burst into an explosion of vibrant colours, revealing the breathtaking Aurora pillars. LIFE IS EASY, LIFE FLOWS Do you agree? Until very recently, I didn't! I felt a bit stuck with work, it felt like to make consistent good income I had to do work I didn't enjoy that much and work REALLY hard. So I decided to explore where that was coming from. When I visualised myself really flowing with life, abundance flowing to me while having a joyful lifestyle and doing enjoyable work, a part of me immediately shouted 'that's not possible!!' Why? I asked her. 'Because that would be too easy, and that is not how life works'. So there was clearly a part of me that deep inside believed that life is hard. In a Matrix Reimprinting session (one of my favourite healing techniques that I now use with most of my clients) I went to the root of it, identified that it was an old ancestral belief and rewrote it into 'Life is easy, life flows'. Soon after I did this work, I felt a big shift - ideal clients reaching out to me, feeling motivated, unbelievable beauty showing-up everywhere.
