This week we’ll be checking in and holding space for our pregnant community members to explore how their pregnancy journey is going.
Our focus topic will be on the options around pain / sensation management in labour.
As a peer support group we’ll cover the most common medical and holistic options whilst also learning from one another’s experiences.
And as always, there will definitely be cake!
