The rollercoaster of emotions started in February when I found out about the pregnancy, only to be met with initial worries of losing it due to a large hematoma. The fear and uncertainty cast a shadow, making it hard to fully embrace this precious gift. Three months of constant worry and anxiety took a toll on my mental and emotional well-being, pushing me to pause and prioritize self-care. Yesterday, the news we’ve been eagerly anticipating arrived – the hematoma is gone! Our beautiful boy was out with his mentor for a couple of hours (thank you J). Being a mama of a special needs adult, at times it is hard to let go of guilt when out having fun. I know I shouldn't feel guilty, I know I deserve fun, but I'm human, it still creeps in and I allow myself to feel whatever is coming up, to be felt, released, healed. Seeing this heart in the sky when we anchored on our first spot, was a beautiful confirmation that I was right where I needed to be, with hubby, reconnecting not only with him but my happy place, the ocean where I feel closest to God. That it is Ours... 💕 Today I had a massive release of tears and emotions not to be mine, or maybe it is, I don't know. I don't have to know but I do need to allow myself to feel whatever is coming through. I can feel the anxiety amongst us, I can feel the sorrow of a mother, a child, no matter what end of the scale we are on. Tragic from both sides. I feel for each and every one of us who have experienced loss. I know, I've been there, it's an empty hole, a yuckiness inside, something is missing, but filled with heaviness, a grief that subsides. Does it get easier? Loss? I guess not easier but different. We all go through some form of loss in our life, unique in each, our story. Tragic in its own happening. We all take it for granted, this life of ours. It's time to live, but stopping is okay too. To stop, breathe, feel, acknowledge and release. Handing it all over to God. If the sky is grey, but we gather round, hand in hand, locking our view to the sky as blue, would it turn blue? If the seas were red, but again we come together, and see the blues the greens seeping through, would it heal with the glory of God, and the visions we encounter, through love. In our world, there is so much darkness, so much forthcoming, in the tells of all tales. What if we changed this, one by one, by coming together as one. Not literally standing hand in hand, but changing the love and energy we have within ourselves, one by one, healing, make a ripple effect into our world. We are all energy, we are all vibrating at our own frequency. What is yours? What is your energy telling you? Are you living your life, truly living it? There are so many things in life that can light you up. It can be grabbing a paint brush and creating, it can be drawing in the sand, it can be planting a seed of fruition and watching it grow. All things must come to an end, we must stop the fear that is subsiding our world. We must change the frequency, the energy of our world. It is a heavy one at that. BUT we, as humans have the perogative of free will. We get to choose what we do and how we want to be and feel. You get to choose this story, your life. If you were given a month to live, how would you live it? Would you be wasting your energy on fighting, chasing the mighty dollar, or would you slow down, appreciate all the goodness God provides, the beauty of the sky, the moon, the sun? Would you go down to the ocean in your moments of spare? Or would you waste it worrying, would you waste it in fear of dying? We are all going to transition, go back home, one day. Why wait for bliss/heaven, why not bring it into your life now. Create your bucket list, of all the things you want to do in this lifetime before you leave. Tell those you love, how much they mean to you. If it’s too daunting, write it in a text, a song, a card. Or show it in action, a gesture, of love. Let’s live this life, so that when our time comes, we can leave peacefully with a smile on our face knowing we have lived, leaving this planet in a higher frequency, for generations to come.
