Ingrediënten: 1,5 kilo lekkere trostomaten 2 uien 1 teen knoflook 1 liter bouillon (rundvlees of groenten) Peper en zout naar smaak 1 beker kookroom 2 blikjes tomatenpuree (Platte) peterselie Verse Basilicum Evt. Verse Lavas Naar smaak: maar ik doe altijd 4 druppels Pink pepper en 2 druppels holy basil. Heb je geen holy basil pak dan gewone basil. Bereidingswijze: In een soeppan beetje olijfolie waar je gesneden ui en geperst teentje knoflook in aanfruit. Tomaten snijden en erbij voegen. Met deksel erop zachtjes laten pruttelen totdat "prut" is. Dan helft van de bouillon erbij schenken. Bij de andere helft van bouillon kleine beetje kookroom toevoegen dit om schiften te voorkomen. Dan dat ook in soeppan erbij gieten. Tomatenpuree erbij en peper en zout naar smaak. Soep met staafmixer glad pureren. Verse kruiden fijn snijden en toevoegen. Always on the lookout for quick and tasty recipes! This time we made a quick meal of Basil Pork Rice! All you need is this Holy Basil Sauce, minced pork, garlic and rice 1. Simply heat up a pan, and fry some sliced garlic 2. Add in the minced pork with holy basil sauce and pan fry. For added flavouring, you can add 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce and even sesame oil to enhance flavours 3. Prepare sunny side up egg! 4. Cook rice! We also tried making rice with our Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker for the first time, and we were IMRPESSED! Cook on high pressure mode for 3 mins, and the rice is cooked! Super fast! Good Morning all🤗 A blessed Tuesday On our way to Puducherry last week, we had Tulsi infused water in a restaurant . It was so refreshing and felt really good. We all know that Tulsi is a traditional healing herb and almost all of us have grown up seeing a sacred Tulsi plant in our households. Holy Basil in English, Tulsi is more than just a flavouring in your cup of Chai… it has many health benefits to offer and no wonder it is often called the ‘Golden remedy of Ayurveda’. 🧑🏻🍳…. My recipe…I don’t boil the Tulsi leaves. Fill a clear glass bottle or a glass Jug with water and drop a big stem of fresh Tulsi and keep it in the fridge overnight. Next morning bring the infused water bottle/jug out of the fridge n consume it at regular intervals/ when thirsty.
