Each plateau feels like a battleground, testing not just physical strength but the resilience of your spirit. In these moments, the temptation to give up whispers or sometimes screams and shouts, playing on loop, why continue when youโ€™re faced without the immediate reward? Yet, what often escapes us in these journeys is a look over the shoulder, a pause to see how far weโ€™ve come. The distance covered can easily be overshadowed by the immediate lack of progress, making us forgetful of our own achievements and growth. Itโ€™s important to remember that true, sustainable progress is a slow burn, a journey without shortcuts or magic supplements or diet shakes that will solve all your problems.
