Thanks to the new visa-free rules, I got to enjoy an 18-hour layover and experience the serene streets of China’s capital in the dead of night all on my own. 🌙✨ To be honest, I once said I’d never visit China, questioning what I’d find there. Rose, légy erős és igaz.” ▪️ Nehezen indult számomra ez az olvasmány, az első 200 oldal borzasztó lassan ment több okból kifolyólag. Először is, nem nagyon kedvelem a váltott szemszöget egy könyvnél, persze vannak kivételek, de sajnos ez a kötet nem volt az. (Nyílván mivel ikertestvérekről szól, így ez elengedhetetlen). Másodszor, rettenet mód idegesített Rose karaktere, arrogáns volt, beképzelt és lenéző. Nagyon nehezen bírtam az ő fejezeteit olvasni, ezért is tartott ez a könyv ilyen sokáig, mert amikor ő jött mindig félreraktam a könyvet. Persze valószínüleg, ha én lettem volna a helyében, én is így viselkedtem volna, hiszen az egész élete hazugságokon alapult. 200 oldal környékén már kezdtem megszokni őt, elkezdte összeszedni magát és a sarkára állni és végre nem csak magas lóról nézni. Wren viszont az első perctől szimpatikus volt, én szeretem a picit nyers stílusát egy karakternek, így az ő fejezetei gördülékenyen mentek. Igazából a könyv második felétől viszonylag gyorsan olvastam, végre kezdett beindulni a történet, nagyon kíváncsi vagyok Alarik karakterére is, így nagyon várom a második részt. Shen abszolút kedvenc szereplőm volt ebben a könyvben, ő volt sokszor a fénypontja a történetnek. Mindenesetre várom a következő részeket, szerintem azok sokkal jobbak lesznek, kapunk majd mélyebb betekintést Gevrából is, a Nap nélküli Királyságból is. Como lidar com situações difíceis? No período da minha vida em que o caos se instalou e eu não tinha tempo para nada, qualquer contrariedade me levava a REagir - tantas vezes ferozmente como se estivesse a lutar contra um leão - e retirava-me uma quantidade gigante de energia. 😞 Lembro-me do dia em que tive uma ameaça de parto prematuro da minha filha e fui internada. Eu estava num nível de cansaço, stress e ansiedade que não pensei ser possível. Horas antes de ser internada estava a trabalhar e era preciso desmarcar um compromisso. Fiquei em estado de alerta vermelho, como se a existência da Humanidade dependesse desse compromisso. ⏳ Hoje olho para trás, já não me revendo nessa pessoa, mas com uma enorme compaixão por quem fui e pelas dores que passei, mas também com muita compaixão por quem, por esse mundo fora, ainda passa por estas dores. 🌟 Se vives esta realidade, como podes trazer um pouco de serenidade e clareza para lidar com os obstáculos? 💛 Para mim a resposta passou pelo Mindfulness e pela Meditação. 💛 Aprendi [a muito custo confesso-te] que quando temos um problema não precisamos de o resolver, mas sim, precisamos de mudar os nossos pensamentos e a nossa atitude perante a situação. 💛 Alterando a forma como interpretamos o que vivemos, conseguimos transformar como agimos, o que resulta naturalmente numa “resolução do problema”. Com isto não quero dizer que “a vida é cor-de-rosa” e que os problemas desaparecem por artes mágicas, mas sim que, com um olhar sereno encontras caminhos possíveis, que não conseguirias encontrar com a perturbação da agitação mental e emocional. 👆👆 Encontras nas imagens, práticas breves que podes realizar quando estiveres a viver momentos desafiadores. Como foi o ano de 2023 da caracolga? No início de cada ano, gosto de saborear as lembranças do ano que ficou para trás. Assim, sinto ocupar o lugar onde estou, no Presente, com mais consciência e enraizada no meu caminho. Em jeito de balanço que sustenta as minhas escolhas para o ano que se abre e que me vai mostrando o que devo deixar ir e as sementes que continuarei a regar. 🌟O painel que partilho contigo contém fotografias de algumas das atividades que preencheram o meu coração. O ano que findou foi um ano desafiante, que me mostrou lugares escuros que nunca antes tinha visitado, mas que também, por isso, me levou a encontrar luz onde, talvez, sem essa escuridão não a tivesse ido procurar. A caracolga acaba de fazer 5 anos! 🤩 E que intensos que foram, sinto que representaram mais de 30 anos de vida, com plena satisfação pelo tanto que chegou a mim. 🌟 A jornada da caracolga é feita de calor humano, o ano de 2023 não foi exceção.
