Meet Hannah and Bri💗 They started their 6 Week Transformation Challenge together, held each other accountable, and CRUSHED IT!!!💪🏼🤩 We are SO PROUD of them! They came in for 5 sessions/week, increased their protein with each meal, cut out unnecessary snacking, increased their water intake… they followed👏🏼the👏🏼program👏🏼 And it WORKED!!🥳 Little story insight: Week 3 came, they did a check-in scan, and one of them was a little bummed with her results so far.
