However when we realize that our time here on earth isn't about us, but about God, our expectations change. We become grateful for what we have. 🙏 Trusting in God’s Plan 🙏 As I approach my 11th out of 12 immunotherapy treatments and prepare for a PET scan in a few weeks, I find myself reflecting on the uncertainty of the future. Yet, amidst the unknown, one thing remains constant: my unwavering trust in God and His incredible purpose for my life. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds me to trust in the Lord with all my heart, to lean not on my own understanding, and to acknowledge Him in all my ways. And so, I place my complete trust in Him, knowing that He holds my future in His hands. Despite the challenges I face, I am filled with gratitude for all the good in my life, knowing that every blessing is a testament to God’s faithfulness. With each step of this journey, I am reminded of His presence and His unending love. So as I continue on this path, I hold onto faith, hope, and the assurance that God is guiding me every step of the way. Thank you all for your prayers, support, and encouragement. Just recently, I thought God opened a door to connect with an estranged family member. That door turned out to be a “Not right now” instead of a much longed for “Yes!” 💔 My heart is hurting right now, and it’s hard to understand why it’s a “not right now” instead of a “yes”. I think I know some factors of why it’s not right now, but I can’t be sure. I’m trying to trust that He has better plans in store. It’s hard to not be full of blame, frustration, and depression. Listening to music praising God reminds me of His goodness, love, faithfulness, providence, and sovereignty. The essence of breath/ life is to glorify/praise God. What is the value of your life, if you are not giving God pleasure/glory? It's God or God. No other option. My soul follows the Lord choicelesly. With passion I pursue and cling to you, Lord because I feel your grip on my life. I keep my soul close to your heart. (Psalm 63:8).Where is your soul? What is your chiefest joy? Is it following the lord or there is another? The rule of Christain living is FOLLOW ME. Lean not on your own understanding. God wants to live in and through us. Whatever we amount in life is tied to this two words- "FOLLOW ME". This words will either make or mar a man. God wants His interest, passions, pleasures to be in our heart. When we FOLLOW HIM, there is clarity. When we FOLLOW HIM, we are not discouraged. When we FOLLOW HIM, we have directions. The mark of loving is following. The way to follow Christ is to make him the leader/ruler of your life. God has given us everything but we can't access it, if we don't follow. When a man hasn't learnt to FOLLOW Christ, his life is filled with worry on everything. The highest word that's is man's enemy is "HOW". Let's us learn to say "BE IT UNTO ME AS YOU HAVE SAID, LORD".
