Luego de meses de preparación, madrugar de lunes a sabado (lo sigo haciendo actualmente), inclusos ciertos domingos y feriados, decidí realizar entrenamientos para cumplir el objetivo de competir en @oceanmanswim en Guatapé, Colombia. Primera vez que realizaba un viaje a Colombia, primera vez que competía fuera de RD, primera vez que me enfrentaba a lo mas grande que cualquier atleta puede que es la incertidumbre en un país extranjero, pero estar presente en cada momento, realizar ejercicios mentales, estiramientos y yoga, apuntaron a un mejor desahogo ante la incertidumbre. Parte de este triunfo es de @endrikatorres ya que ella es la primera que me alentó a realizar la competencia y mi soporte ante este reto personal, mi madre @magalygarcia81 y mi madrina @norma.roman17 que siempre han estado para mí (las amo mucho), al grupo de @hombresencamino por el soporte que cada viernes brindan de forma espiritual en especial a @konstantimprovement @luisc2919 @vidrohipd @abrahammarte por sus palabras y buenas vibras en cada sesión. Al equipo @teamsinfallo por ayudarme a realizar mis entrenamientos y de alguna manera adoptarme como uno de los suyos, mi entrenador @gadiel.rd por sus palabras para mejorar mi tecnica y rendimiento en el agua, el apoyo tambien de mi gran amigo @tamarindotri por abrirme las puertas en diciembre cuando estuve en Caracas y darme la posibilidad de entrenar en ese momento, y a cada uno de mis grandes amigos que he hecho a lo largo de este lindo mundo de la natación @renegado0809 @lmpenalver y por supuesto a los amigos “nuevos” que hice en la tierra de ellos @drjhonjairogilm @ednarocioguzman @andriuxmar @anfelh7 me hicieron sentir como en casa, Muchas gracias a todos, y por ultimo pero no menos importante, a Mí mismo por creer en Mí. #oceanman #oceanmanguatapé #5km✔️

OCEANMAN создает историю, и я уважаю их за старты мирового уровня, проводимые в Казахстане. Я благодарен организаторам и всем, кто помогал в этом. 👤Организаторы: Расскажите о вашем опыте на мероприятии. 🏊🏼 Елдар: История начинается с самого утра. Старт перенесли на 8:30 и сократили дистанцию с 10 км до 5 км, сразу меняется настрой и понимание того, что надо делать. Все прошло по обычной схеме перед стартом, с разминкой, регистрацией, пробой воды и незабываемой атмосферой. Перед стартом, после 5-7 минут, в наушниках играет любимая музыка, съедаешь гель и идешь к стартовой арке. Финальный отсчет судьи, 3, 2, 1 - старт. Все мысли остаются позади, и ты должен реализовывать все, к чему ты готовился. Парни взяли хороший оборот в темпе и создали неплохой отрыв от основной массы. После 1 км все растянулись, я плыл один и думал только о темпе и старался держать его. Потом меня догоняет Александр, и мы начинаем работать в тандеме, подменяя друг друга и уплывая еще дальше от конкурентов. Уже на финише, болельщики кричат, все в недоумении от происходящего. Мы встаем и решаем сыграть на финише в камень-ножницы-бумага. El mayor enemigo de la fe es el miedo 🙏 Que lindo es ver que la gente este amando el deporte y lo haga un estilo de vida y más aun que hermoso admirar a 382 personas que nadamos en Oceanman Guatape Sprint, vamos a competir, pero muchas veces no lo hacemos por ganarle a la otra persona es por enfrentarnos así mismos, en miedos, lesiones, promesas, sueños... Venimos de fractura 🦾 y es el triple de motivación ya que fue recuperación de hueso, músculos, tendones, nervios y terapias. Quede muy feliz porque me brilla el alma en el agua, me sentí en entrenamiento, 23 en mi categoría y 77 en la general femenina de 204 chicas. Dios me permite soñar y hacer los sueños realidad, toda la carrera se me paso todo mi proceso y siempre agradeceré a mi brazo porque me responde y me da la confianza para seguir, aunque todavía no lo tenga al 100% 🙃 Gracias a mi familia por acompañarme siempre, al team @parcerosrunning por el apoyo y a Dios. Fué en una carrera que pocos se atreven a hacerla, por su misma exigencia. No es la posición, no es ser la más fuerte ni la más rápida. Encontré la satisfacción más grande el día que me paré al lado de deportistas que admiro en una competencia tan exigente que muchas veces creí que no sería capaz ni de terminarla. De hecho aún no entiendo como mis brazos y cuerpo soportaron tanto tiempo nadando. En la cabeza si sé cómo, porque nadar siempre me relaja y calma la mente. Para mí, terminar y llegar a la meta tranquila, sin dolor, y feliz, era el mejor escenario. Sabía que para clasificar al mundial, solo debía ser finisher, porque sabía que es tan exigente la prueba que iban a ser más los cupos disponibles de clasificación, que aquellos que piensan que pueden terminar una prueba como esta (incluyéndome). Sin embargo, decidí creer, tener fé en mi, decidimos prepararnos, decidimos intentarlo… el resultado, ser los últimos más felices de todos! Porque logramos entender que nuestros cuerpos y mentes con pasión, amor a lo que se hace y una pizca de disciplina, sí podían! A @jfpineda7 mi admiración y agradecimiento por siempre. Eres tú quien hace 3 años me enseñó a nadar, todo lo que he logrado en natación es fruto de tu paciencia y dedicación por ayudarme a mejorar y lograr aquello que sueño. Eres tú quien ha visto el proceso real de cómo pase de no nadar ni 1 piscina porque no podía meter la cabeza bajo el agua sin taparme la nariz, a ser finisher a tu lado de un fondo de 10k en natación. Más allá de ser un gran deportista, quiero que te sientas orgulloso de a donde tu paciencia y forma de ser, puede hacer llegar a los demás. Gracias por siempre!
