Hi! ✨ Reminder - fascia is the energetic tourniquet of the body. Ie: those emotions you try to hide or run away from, your body stores that ish for later. Full body cupping is part of my regular self care routine since I’m such an energetic powerhouse - I absorb not only my own emotions but I take on everyone’s around me as well. ☕️✨Fun fact. On days I have clients I limit myself to 1 cup of coffee before our session to prevent over stimulation. When I’m connecting to spirit (universal energy - your energy - or with your loved ones on the other side) - I use the breath & intention to calm my nervous system and raise my vibration (think of it like expanding a bubble) to blend my energy with yours and intercept your energetic field to feel what’s going on in your world, what’s holding you back and what could be coming up if you took inspired action. 🚨 I’m doing a thing 🚨 When my cousin asked me on April 3rd to help locate her missing friend (5 states and 2,000 miles away) who never returned from her hiking trip - I said without hesitation “I’ve never done that before - but I’ll tap in let’s see what happens.” I decided to sketch out what I was being shown since her energy was groggy and disoriented and I couldn’t make words of what I was being given. 🧠 I knew it felt like she passed. 👂🏻 I heard: “I just wanted to see”. 👁 I saw: what I thought was a game trail leading off the path / embankment towards the water below. 🧠 I knew: I was going down that “trail” and it stopped where sand met rocks. 📝 I wrote: “it stops” with an arrow pointing to that sand/rock transition on the riverbank. A few days later my cousin texted me and said I was right about everything. Her friend who ventured off the trail wanted to take a picture - and the embankment gave out under her and she was buried under the landslide. She passed within minutes. I’ve been processing how accurate that “tap in” was. I’ve always followed missing people stories - most recently Gaby Petito and Summer Wells. And since this validation I’ve felt the pull to learn more about forensic mediumship - so I just enrolled in my first intro course with my mentor @lisawilliamsmedium 🎉. 📢 Sunday reminder: Do not feed the fears 👺 . Painting my office has been a mental 💩-show. I’ve been trying to pick out 🎨 colors for a year - get overwhelmed - do nothing because of indecision, cycle repeat 🔂. 🙅🏼‍♀️We’re not feeding those fears anymore. Sooooo yesterday I chose bold 💚colors. Out of my comfortable, safe zone colors. 🎨 Make me nervous as hell colors. And I patch worked my wall and wrote affirmations to myself in that big bold powerful 💚 paint to sit with them. 🎨 The colors aren’t scary. Knowing the vision and the decision is mine alone alone - that’s where the fear is hiding. So I shadow worked the $hit out of that to transmute the fear into power. 💪🏻 Next time your fear is showing - ask yourself: 1️⃣ where is that fear coming from? (Usually an unhealed wound) 2️⃣ why is it showing up? (It’s usually to keep you safe) 3️⃣ what is the best/worst case scenario? (I’ll love it / I’ll hate it) 4️⃣ reframe that fear. 11 years ago - heaven gained an Angel 👼. I remember every second of that day like it was yesterday. Some days I still cry. Some days I talk about it openly and with love. Every day I wish I could change it. Losing my boyfriend to suicide was the most traumatic event in my life. It shook my snow globe. It was the pivotal tower moment when my foundation was rocked to the core. It is the event that sent me down the path of mediumship. The “woulda-shoulda-coulda” is fierce. The survivor’s guilt is still strong. But the love will never die. August is one of my guides now - and he guided me to this path of mediumship. He’s much quieter than he was in this dimension - (as a loud, stubborn Marine 😂) but his energy is still the same. Their energy always is. Death is just for the physical body. His passing has made me a channel for many souls who passed via suicide. I’ve been marked as a “safe” medium in the Spirit world because they won’t be judged for their choice. 🎅 Sky’s the limit. What do you REALLY want? 🎁 When my first coach asked me that I had ZERO clue. She prompted “it could be anything - like a Gucci purse (if purses are your thing) - anything you want.“ And my mind literally could not grasp that concept. 🤯 Anything I want? Robbie popped in to say hi last night, and stuck around through the morning. He didn’t “say” his name was Robbie, instead he showed up with enthusiasm and a beaming smile, waving 👋🏻 excitedly and when I asked him who he was - we played Pictionary. If you don’t already know, 22 is my number. Multiple 2s are winks from the universe letting me know I’m on the right path, and the 2s have been all around me leading up to my Manhattan Beach adventure this past weekend. As we had an emergency diversion on our flight home Sunday, I met a wonderful soul as we were stranded in a closed airport in Arcada, CA waiting to get instructions on what to do next and how we were getting out of there.
