Dzisiaj przychodzę do was z tytułem, który robił wielkie show na bookstagramie zaledwie kilka tygodni temu. Moja ciekawość została poddana próbie i w tym przypadku uległam sugestiom, że to obowiązkowy tytuł na liście kochających thrillery :) "Tajemnica lekarki" to thriller medyczy, (a te bardzo lubię) więc tym bardziej zdziwiona byłam, że ten totalnie mnie nie porwał. Młoda, ambitna neurochirurg, która straciła swojego pierwszego pacjenta. Tego, z którym okazało się, łączą ją dramatyczne wydarzenia z przeszłości. Dowieść tego, że kobieta z premedytacją zabiła swojego pacjenta, chce silna i zdeterminowana prokurator, którą łączą z lekarką wspólne sprawy a o których czytelnik dowiaduje się w trakcie kolejnych wydarzeń. Niestety, w moim odczuciu, pomimo kilku ciekawych zwrotów akcji, większość czasu została poświęcona na skupianie się i rozważania neurochirurg nad zgonem pacjenta, roztrząsaniu wciąż tych samych wątków. Nudziło mnie to. Liczyłam zdecydowanie na więcej. Kiedy nastąpił moment kulminacyjny, poczułam że był dość mocno naciągany, jakby na siłę autorka chciała wszystkie wydarzenia umiejscowić pomiędzy dwoma kobietami. Dla mnie takie zbiegi okoliczności są mało autentyczne. I nawet silne bohaterki, tym razem nie uratowały historii. Tym razem ilość pochlebnych opinii na bookstagramie nie pokryła się z moimi emocjami.
