A journey comes to an end. It was a blast working with @lululemon for the past 4yrs and last 2yrs an a brand ambassador. Together we learned about our run community and brought people in through many social engagements with and without running. What makes a good photoshoot location? 🤔 Here's 5 things I look for: 1) Easy Parking (small lots, easy to find each other) 2) Shade (it filters the light nicely = looks better in photos, especially on sunny days) 3) Quiet/Not busy (less people = less distractions for your dogs, more comfort for us humans, and less unintentional photobombing 💣) 4) Nice Landscapes/"Pockets Of Pretty" (the nicer the landscape, the nicer the photos. But some places shine by having "pockets of pretty" - aka a few pretty spots among an otherwise plain place. Think tall grass, wildflowers, vines, a nice wall etc) 5) A Short Walk From The Parking Lot (we don't want to waste time by having to walk too far to get to our photo spot. 2-5min is ideal so we can spend more time shooting and less time strollin) PS: to avoid crowds, shooting on a weekday is usually better than a weekend 🌳🐕☀️ About This Shoot: Sohee & Essa booked their session to celebrate 1 year with their pup, Taco 🌮 PLUS they had just gotten engaged (which Sohee didn't know was going to happen while booking) so we took a few shots to commemorate their big news 💍✨️ We used one of my fav locations (that checks all the boxes) and captured cute candids and a few posed photos full of love ❤️ Congratulations on ✨️all the things✨️ you guys!!
