A year ago, I was home 🥰 many people don’t understand why I love Disney so much. It’s an escape, it makes me feel happy, it lets me feel anyway I want to feel, I feel safe. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for years, but when we went to WDW last year, for my 30th, I felt like nothing could touch me. I was free. Any worries, stresses or fears were gone. I felt amazing! Coming home was a huge shock and over the last year I’ve had to confront a lot of things that I had pushed deep down over many, many years. People love things like football or golf and can be obsessed, it makes them happy. Disney is also a happy place for millions of people. Getting lost in a Disney film is an escape from reality. A dreamy spot hidden in Central Turkey known for its morning hot air balloon rides, fairy chimneys and incredible landscape. Perito Moreno Glacier, Argentina 🧊 The glacier is an epic 3 miles wide and is one of the only 3 glaciers in the world that is growing rather than retreating! Absolutely incredible to walk around! Plus, you can even walk on it! Wat Rong Khun - White Temple, Thailand 🛕 An unconventional Buddhist temple designed and built in the late 20th century. It’s absolutely stunning and one of the most intricately beautiful buildings that we have ever seen. Zermatt, Switzerland 🗻 If you’re looking for a picture perfect ski town then Zermatt is it. We visited during the winter and it was just like stepping into a snow globe. The Taj Mahal 🇮🇳 The most famous spot in India, visiting the Taj Mahal absolutely takes your breath away. Try and arrive when it first opens at sunrise to avoid (some) of the crowds.
