I am a big advocate for mental health. If you truly know me, you know I will openly talk about being in therapy for 12+ years and I’ll support any human being that wants to start therapy but doesn’t know how. In March I started journaling. It didn’t matter where I was or what I was doing, if my brain was going, I journaled. I also started meditating at night to calm my brain and fall asleep. Lately as life throws curve balls, my brain has been going non stop and I’m emotional, so I’ve started journaling again and meditating during the day. Bottom line is, you have to keep trying right? If you want to talk, I’m here. I’m always here to listen, I’ve learned to no longer absorb peoples problems and that I can’t fix people.
