It is always your choice. 🤍 These are real things that are important to know about the epidural and things I wish I had known when I was a first time mom! Every single one of these happened to me and when they did I had no idea what was going on. I didn’t know that the epidural could fail on one side and that I was actually going to feel the pain of everything on one side while still stuck in bed. I didn’t know that being in bed would slow down labor and I’d end up needing pitocin. I didn’t realize that I’d need a catheter and the catheter would end up giving me a UTI to deal with on top of normal postpartum struggles. I didn’t know that I’d get uncontrollable shivers and need continuous monitoring for baby which requires itchy monitors across your belly…..I didn’t know. I share these things so that more mamas are aware! So you don’t go into the hospital completely unaware like me and just “wing it.” Information is power ✨ If you’re asking me now, I’ll take a homebirth all day every day, where I can be in the comfort of my own home, with intermittent monitoring, moving around freely. With that being said, I totally understand why mamas choose the epidural too. নিয়মিত ব্যায়াম করছেন তো ? আমাদের অন্ত্র এবং পেটের অঙ্গগুলিকে ম্যাসেজ করে, নাম থেকেই বোঝা যায়, পাচনতন্ত্র থেকে অতিরিক্ত বায়ু অপসারণ করতে সাহায্য করে . এই ভঙ্গিটি নিতম্বে সঞ্চালন বাড়ায়, নিতম্ব এবং পিঠের নীচের অংশে উত্তেজনা দূর করতে সহায়তা করে। এটি পিঠ এবং পেটের পেশীগুলিকে শক্তিশালী করে, নার্ভ গুলোকে ফ্রি করে দেয় এবং পা ও বাহুকে টান করে। পবনমুক্তাসন করার পদক্ষেপঃ ১) বেস অবস্থানে শরীর শিথিল করুন। ২) ডান পা বাড়ান, হাঁটু বাঁকুন এবং উরুটি বুকের কাছে আনুন। ৩) উরুটিকে বুকের কাছাকাছি আনতে উভয় হাতের আঙ্গুলগুলি ব্যবহার করুন এবং হাঁটুর ঠিক নীচ থেকে পা টি ধরে রাখুন। ৪) গভীরভাবে শ্বাস ফেলা এবং শ্বাস ছাড়ার সময় শ্বাস ছাড়াই মাথা নাক ডান হাঁটুর কাছে নিয়ে আসুন। ৫) বাম পা অবশ্যই সোজা মাটিতে পড়ে থাকবে। এটিই চূড়ান্ত অবস্থান। ৬) আপনার আরাম হিসাবে কয়েক সেকেন্ডের জন্য অবস্থানটি ধরে রাখুন। ৭) বেসের অবস্থানে ফিরে আসতে প্রথমে মাথাটি সোজা মাদুরের উপরে ফিরিয়ে আনুন, হাত এবং পা ছেড়ে দিন। শরীর শিথিল করুন। ৮) এক পায়ের পরিবর্তে উভয় পা দিয়ে একই পদক্ষেপগুলি অনুসরণ করুন। ৯) এবার একসাথে দুই পায়ের হাঁটু বাঁকুন এবং উরু দুইটি বুকের কাছে আনুন। আপনার আরাম হিসাবে কয়েক সেকেন্ডের জন্য অবস্থানটি ধরে রাখুন। এই ভাবে এই ৩টি স্টেপ কয়েকবার করার চেষ্টা করুন। অবশ্যই খেয়াল রাখবেন, পিঠে, কোমরে বা হাঁটুতে অল্প ব্যথা থাকলে যেটুকু পারবেন অভ্যাস করতে পারে। তবে অতিরিক্ত ব্যথায় এই আসন করা উচিত নয়। রোজ পবনমুক্তাসন অভ্যাস করলে হজমসংক্রান্ত অসুবিধা দূর হয়। বিশেষ করে যাদের গ্যাস ও অ্যাসিডিটির সমস্যা আছে, তাদের জন্য এই আসনটি অত্যন্ত উপযোগী। একই সঙ্গে এই আসন করলে ঘাড় পিঠ-সহ মেরুদণ্ডসংলগ্ন পেশি উজ্জীবিত হয়, স্থবিরতা চলে যায় ও সচল থাকে। পেটের পেশি সুঠাম হয়ে ওঠে। সুতরাং সুস্থ থাকতে নিয়মিত এই ব্যায়ামটি করুন। #doctorshahalam #drshahalam #plid #spinesurgery #spinesurgeon #spinesurgeonindhaka #backpain #lowbackpain #discprolapse #disc #plidsurgery #fenestrationanddiscectomy #injectionforplid #epiduralinjection
