WF Program Officer, Husayn Allmart, visited the @yuchilanguageproject School, outside of Tulsa, OK. The school sits on a beautiful 40 acre landscape, with a log cabin style house that has classrooms and dining area. Their property also includes a space with a small buffalo herd, horses and other animals, a pond, and a obstacle course in the woods. They also have ceremonial grounds on the school used for community ceremonies. The Yuchi are originally from the southeastern US, but were forcibly moved to Oklahoma through the Trail of Tears, where up to 1/3 of the tribe perished. The mission of the school now is to restore the Yuchi language and create a sustainable language community where the fullness of their traditional worldview can thrive for future generations. After near extinction, the first generation of first language speakers was just raised. The language is the basis of their spirituality. Each day begins with prayer, including all the children and staff, and a lesson on virtues like generosity, respect, and compassion. Husayn attended on the new moon, so all the staff had been fasting since the previous day and there was a special morning ceremony to greet the new month. Senior Program Associate Audrey Moy visited @fccstlouis (FCC) and met with Founder and Executive Director, Mike Milton and members of his staff. Freedom Community Center was founded to counter the harmful and traumatic effects of the criminal punishment system on communities of color. They ground their work in the knowledge that the Black survivors of St. Louis have the solutions to keep themselves safe if resources and safe spaces are available. To accomplish its mission, the organization has developed a trauma-informed program centered on healing harm and supporting community members with additional resources to get them on track for transformation and success. FCC treats its clients like family, their work is centered on five principles: Collective Power, Communal Healing, True Accountability, Embracing Repair, and Nonviolence. Mike also pointed that at FCC, they recognize that the work they do is physically and mentally exhausting. 🙏আমাদের জন্মের পূর্বে পৃথিবীতে অনেক সমস্যা ছিল, এখনো হচ্ছে। সমাজ গুলিতে অনৈক্য মতবাদ বিরোধ বিভেদ বিচ্ছেদের এমন আরও অনেক ধ্বংসাত্মক রোগ একটি মানবজাতিকে ভেঙ্গে কতশত টুকরো করে দিল। ঈশ্বরের ধর্মকে ভেঙ্গে নিজের স্বার্থসিদ্ধির জন্য ব্যবহার করা শুরু করলো। দেশগুলো নিজের ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধির জন্য যুদ্ধে লিপ্ত হচ্ছিল এবং এখনো হচ্ছে। সমাজের বুদ্ধিজীবী ও ক্ষমতাশীল ব্যক্তিগণ তাদের স্বার্থে এবং অহংকারে তাদের ক্ষমতার, জ্ঞানের অপব্যাবহার করছেন। সমাজের পবিত্র সম্পর্কগুলো যেমন ভাই বোন বাবা মা স্বামী স্ত্রী ছেলে মেয়ে ও অন্যান্য সবগুলো পবিত্রতা বজায় রাখতে অক্ষম হচ্ছে। এমন আরও অনেক........ সমস্যার কারণে আজ পৃথিবীতে আমরা একে অপরকে বিদেশি বলে মনে করি, এক ঈশ্বরকে বিভিন্ন ধর্মের নামে অনেক ঈশ্বরের রুপে বিভেদ সৃষ্টি করছি, বিশ্বের ঐক্য শান্তি ও ভালোবাসা বিনষ্ট হচ্ছে। বলতে পারেন পৃথিবীতে আমরা কি এই সব সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করতে আসি?? পৃথিবীর সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ সৃষ্টি যে জাতি, তাদেরকে কেন ঈশ্বর পৃথিবীতে পাঠিয়েছেন?? মানবের প্রকৃত স্বরূপ কী?? মৃত্যু পর্যন্তই সকলের নিকট সময় রয়েছে! হে মানবাত্মা ন্যায় বিচার করুন, হে পবিত্র আত্মা শান্তি ও ভালোবাসা প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য উঠে দাঁড়ান। হে জগতের শ্রেষ্ঠ সন্তান এত সমস্যার মধ্যে রত হয়েও পৃথিবী আপনাকে জীবন দান করেন, অতিথি নয় এই সমস্যাগুলোর সমাধানের জন্য পৃথিবীর সন্তানের পরিচয় দিন। সমস্যার সমাধান না করতে পারলেও অন্তত সমস্যার কারণ হবেন না। ঈশ্বর বলেন- "হে মানব সন্তান, যদি তুমি আমাকে ভালোবাসো, তাহলে নিজের দিক হইতে মুখ ফিরাও; যদি তুমি আমার প্রসন্নতা অন্বেষণ কর, তাহা হইলে নিজ সন্তোষের প্রতি মনোযোগী হইও না; যাহাতে তুমি আমার মধ্যে বিলীন হইতে পারো এবং আমি অনন্তকাল তোমার মধ্যে বাস করিতে পারি।" #instapost #post #vairalpost #trending #unlimeted #spiritual #nature #natural #bahai #god #vogoban #allah #worldfamous #faith #bhakti #mandir #temple

🙏কেবল একটিমাত্র উদ্দেশ্য যদি মানুষ জানতে পারতো- যে কি কারণে সে পৃথিবীতে এসেছিলেন? সম্পূর্ণ শুদ্ধ অন্তকরণ নিয়ে, পৃথিবীর সমস্ত কিছু থেকে নিজেকে বিচ্যুত করে, সমস্ত বন্ধন থেকে নিজেকে মুক্ত করে, একটা পবিত্র মন নিয়ে যদি মানুষ চিন্তা করত যে- আমার জীবনের উদ্দেশ্য কি??? তাহলে হয়তো পৃথিবীর যত সকল সমস্যা আছে তার অর্ধেকের বেশি সমস্যার সমাধান হয়ে যেত। অনস্তিত্বের এই জগতে কত কিছুর বন্ধনে ব্যক্তি নিজেকে আবদ্ধ করে নিজের পরিচয় জাহির করে, যদি ব্যক্তি একটু চিন্তা করে দেখতো পিতা এবং মাতা ব্যতীত ব্যক্তির অন্য কোনো সম্পর্কই এ পৃথিবীর মধ্যে তার নেই, কেবলমাত্র ঈশ্বর ছাড়া। ঈশ্বরকে ভালোবাসার কারণে সমগ্র মানবজাতির সাথে একাত্মতা সম্পর্ক অনুভব করতো।জন্মের পূর্বে পৃথিবীতে কোন সম্পর্কই ব্যক্তির ছিলনা, কিন্তু হায় জন্মের পর থেকে আমার আমার করে কত কী সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলেন! কত কী পরিচয় দেন। এই সম্পর্কগুলোর উদ্দেশ্য কি কখনো মানবজাতির ঐক্য, ধর্মের ঐক্য, সমগ্র বিশ্ব একতার শান্তি ও ভালোবাসা প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য হয়। ঈশ্বর বলেন- হে বাণীর পুত্র, আমার মুখমণ্ডলের প্রতি তোমার মুখ ফিরাও এবং আমা ব্যতীত অপর সকল বস্তু পরিত্যাগ করো। কারণ আমার আধিপত্য চিরস্থায়ী এবং আমার সাম্রাজ্য বিনাশ প্রাপ্ত হয় না। যদি তুমি আমা ব্যতীত অপর কাহারও অন্বেষণ করো, এমন কি, যদি তার জন্য সারা জীবনব্যাপী বিশ্ব-ব্রহ্মাণ্ডে খুঁজিয়া বেড়াও, তাহা হইলেও তোমার প্রচেষ্টা নিষ্ফলতায় পর্যবসিত হইবে।" "হে মানব সন্তান, আমার সঙ্গলাভেই তুমি পরিতৃপ্ত হও এবং অপর কোন সাহায্যকারীর অন্বেষণ করিও না। কেননা আমা ব্যতীত অপর কেহ তোমাকে কখনোই তুষ্ট করিতে পারিবে না।" #instapost #post #vairalpost #trending #unlimeted #spiritual #nature #natural #bahai #god #vogoban #allah #worldfamous #faith #bhakti #mandir #temple
