Jumping into week 5 of BUILD! It’s amazing how much stronger I’m feeling. I did a goblet squat with a 50lbs dumbbell and deadlifts with 40lbs! Even my calf muscles are feeling it today, because I know I pushed myself.
I also decided that while it’s been fun to switch it up and do walking incline intervals, I have been missing my running intervals. I like the feeling of getting faster and going farther distances. So I went back to the running program I was doing before and restarted it from the beginning. I’m looking forward to working on that and seeing how much better I can get throughout the summer.
