Good morning all and happy Monday! Bran muffins are always a good idea lol. These are wonderful for abundance, stability and balance โจ Ingredients: โจ2 c bran flakes โจ3/4 c non dairy milk โจ1/2 c apple sauce โจ2 tbsp coconut oil โจ2 tbsp molasses โจ1 tbsp ground flaxseed โจ1 1/4 c wholle wheat flour โจ1/2 c dark brown sugar โจ2 tsp baking powder โจ1 tsp baking soda โจ1/4 tsp sea salt ... 1. Preheat oven to 375 F and line or grease your muffin pan. 2. Soak bran flakes in milk in a large bowl for 30 minutes. 3. Then mix all wet ingredients into the bran flakes followed by al dry. Mix until well combined. While mixing you may state the following or something similar, 'Sacred bran, gift from the earth, bring abundance and balance to my life.' 4. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 - 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. ... Will keep about 3 - 4 days. May store in the fridge to keep an extra day or two. ... Bannocks are a traditional food for Beltane and were eaten to ensure abundance and fertility for the growing season in the coming weeks. These carry energies for abundance, prosperity, wealth, stability, grounding, and happiness. โจ ... Happy All Snakes Day, Witches & Warlocks. Today not a pinch of green was on display as i slashed & stabbed my way thru another false holiday. Instead of riling myself into a frenzy, while calling out christians celebrating a genocide drunkenly, this year I found myself surrounded by swordsmen more concerned with parrying incoming attacks before striking at the heart of mediocrity. So rather than online debating, yet another christian crime against humanity that took place hundreds of years ago on a distant island thousands of miles away. I opted to honor my brave pagan ancestors whose blood was shed unnecessarily by sword training in Black & Red, while dueling all afternoon until the sun set. Its amazing the difference perspective makes, on what has historically been a difficult day to reconcile for our pagan family. Still i can barely remember a time, todayโs holiday has been so far from my mind that iโve managed to make it thru the entire holiday without a single christian preaching out of their drink at me. So to honor our pagan ancestors, both Irish & Viking, who stood nobly against christianity, until the end of their days, secretly passing down their stories to countless generations along the way, we proudly exclaim a Happy All Snakes day, to one and all from our sword wielding, local Pagan Family.
