I don’t know how many women I speak to that needed to stop the pill to realise it was the culprit for their mood changes. There is enough evidence out there to establish a relationship between the pill and mood changes. However, it is not guaranteed that it will happen to you. Whilst women with a history of psychological disease have a higher risk of the pill effecting their mood, no other correlation has been made.
