Happy Spring! Let’s talk about the beautiful weather that Spring has brought to Okinawa! The mini yogis and I will talk about all the things they would see outside in the spring time! We will use our imaginations to become bees, caterpillars, a cocoon, butterflies, flowers, trees, birds, an eagle’s nest & more! We will practice a few different fun breathing exercises. One will require us to use guided imagery to grow our stems (as we inhale) & blossom into beautiful flowers (as we exhale). We will use our bee breath to buzz around, drink nectar & smell the flowers!
