A couple killed concepts for “Picking Up The Pieces”. 8. Pastries 🥐 I was asked to do a label for two pastry products available at Leon petrol stations - but as an off-brand product (with no Leon branding). I tried to retain a bit of ‘wacky Leon’ charm but the final version I worked up looked more like a Crosse & Blackwell gravy product to me (see slide 8). Slides one and two were my preference but I also drafted some cute little drawings of the pastries which ultimately hit the cutting room floor. “Flowing by, outside of me - FLOW #02” Sometimes, we have to bond, either while growing up or while trying to survive adult life. We put in our minds that we should just go with the flow and obey the rules. After a while, we realize that we have changed. Sometimes, we make our hearts harder, leaving the weak behind and growing a stronger community, and life goes on. Until one day, we question ourselves about an old friend, a childhood lover, or that co-worker who always asked if we wanted coffee.
