You don’t have to do one for where you live now, that’s a typo. 🙂 One of the reasons I like astrology and astrocartography is that you can compare your lived experiences to what you see in your charts. It may help you live a more intuitive lifestyle and be more aware of opportunities that could be available to you. It’s especially helpful if you feel you need a change or are ready for something new. For Example: You live on your Mars line. Mars rules Aries and Scorpio so: Aries/Scorpio What house does these signs rule in your chart? What planets are in these signs if any? Mars- In what house does your natal Mars reside? Does it interact with other planets (aspects)? What sign is Mars in? What house is Mars in? Compare what you find with your lived experiences in that area. You can journal on this to understand your charts with your own lived experiences. You may find that you have not experienced all there is in that area or maybe it’s time to move on. I'm a routine kinda gal... I like enjoying my favorite dish at my favorite restaurant, and I love rewatching my favorite movies and TV shows. Simple switches make a huge difference. When I stopped trying to follow the “rules” that all the health “experts” were spouting, everything changed for me… I learned that a 30-minute heavy strength training session over an hour of constant cardio was much more suited to my body composition and that animal protein over a vegan diet just “worked” better for me! Oh and once I dropped that 20 hour intermittent fast and actually nourished my body with whole foods and healthy calories (which is what my body needed), I became so much healthier and happier. Here is my point: You need to prioritize what works for you - no matter WHAT the experts are telling you. Try something and if it ain’t working…change it! My Faith And Positive Attitude Will Take Me Wherever I Want To Go. The truth is that whenever we’re grounded, whenever we have a vision, and we keep focused on the development, the path will present. I am coming back to my committed health and happiness lifestyle that I wandered from for a year or so. It’s all good. I e learned a lot about myself and my own weaknesses. On the flip, I’ve learned more about my strength and commitment to that which served me mind, body and soul wellness. So grateful for it all! My mindset and energy are my power. If you've ever struggled to let go of something you love... this message is for you. I recently put the Coach with Clarity podcast on hiatus, which was an incredibly difficult decision. I've loved creating that podcast more than anything, but I didn't have the bandwidth to keep it going while building out the modules and lessons for From Couch to Coach, my self-paced course on growing your coaching business. It's complicated to say no to something I love, like my podcast. Even though it's the right choice, I find myself doubting my decision and questioning myself. Because if podcasting comes easily and naturally to me... why can't I keep doing it right now. And that's when I had an epiphany: Just because I have the capability doesn't mean I have the capacity. This realization hit me hard: our capability will almost always exceed our capacity. This gap between what we could do and what we actually can do is fertile ground for frustration and self-doubt. But here's the twist - that gap is also a reflection of our humanity, something to be acknowledged, not bridged. I'm choosing to see this not as a limitation, but as liberation. Liberation from the 'shoulds', the 'musts', and the 'if onlys'. It's a call to honor our achievements and our efforts, without succumbing to the pressure of doing it all. Recognizing our limits is not a sign of weakness, but a testament to our strength and self-awareness. Some people think I've completely lost it. These people are successful, influential, and (I'm pretty sure) think I'm off my rocker. The job description for both is basically the same: I help people feel at home in their bodies and at peace in their lives. When you're in my yoga class, we talk about the breath, releasing tension, and coming back the present. When you're in my 1:1 container, we talk about nervous system regulation (including breathwork), setting up habits and systems (to release and prevent tension), and mindfulness and selfcare (coming back to the present). The jump between the two is not far and it's why I still do both. I'm passionate about both and I love that I get to use both to help my clients. All while navigating the silliness that is running a business while taking care of tiny humans.
