While Finley had his first training this morning I went to Montserrat. It was beautiful! I was able to ride in the national park and visit the monastery. *Okay SooO, i wish i knew how to make Mr. Beaujax🐾 look as big as he is, in these Pic.s...Hes a Tank!¡!🤩 ..aaaaand herez kind of why, ive been goin on French Bulldog websites for all of his needs, like everything/everything, im obsessed, but startin at 6mths of age we started noticin a problem w all this, i cldnt find anything his size/measurements anymore ..Hes too big for all of the things an or clothes/accessroies/gear/etc. ..but we figured out why!🤣 •Soo a average "Normal" Male Frenchie is... 10-12 inches tall 20-28 lbs 12-18 inch neck 15-25 inch chest •Soo Beaujax at 6mths 1 week, or 25 weeks was... 15.3 inches tall 35 lbs 20.8 inch neck 25 inch chest an like 12 inches across **um, the Breeders/AKC online says, a purebreed French Bulldog can grow all the way upto 16mths of age to be marked as full-grown, Now thats usually no big deal, but i have concerns w this, hense bein my pup is alrdy out of the "Norm." at such a young age, and has soooo much extra skin still, like u cld fit another pup in thur, w the same size front paws as our 80+lb pitbull ..and knowin he has sooo much longer to go is crazy ..I kinda feel like im not goin to have a cute wittle lap pup, im feelin more like i have an eventually XXL BULLY underway here, HELP!🤣 ..anyways is this anyone elses issues w thur Frenchie?! Fun Fact Friday! As you know from previous FFF posts, horses live in herds, where they protect and befriend each other. Did you also know that those herds have a hierarchy structure? Each herd has a lead horse - whether it be a big man on campus or a boss mare - that controls herd dynamics. Those big shots usually have the first choice of hay or food in the pasture, easily get to the front of the line at the pasture gate, and control which other horses get near them. In our experience, this alpha mentality can be helpful in introducing new horses to pasture - not only ensuring the new horse learns the ropes but also frequently in protecting others as everyone gets acclimated.
