Czwarte Skrzydło- hit Instagrama, książka o której słuchał każdy, dla jednych lektura obowiązkowa dla innych gniot jakich mało. A ja przeczytałam ją z Wami i dzięki temu ta książka, zapisała się w mojej pamięci miło, chociaż ma bardzo dużo na sumieniu. Nie jest to koszmar jakiego się spodziewałam, nie jest to też książka życia. To niezwykle przeciętna powieść, napisana przez osobę, która nie powinna się brać za pisanie książek 🤷🏻♀️ Mam dużo o książce do opowiedzenia, dlatego zaprasza na karuzelę pełną wrażeń, z czytania tego dzieła. /Anzeige/ Smashed Kartoffelsalat Schon probiert oder gehört? Es ist der perfekte Salat für die Grillsaison! Die Frühkartoffeln sind knusprig gebacken mit Gewürzen und Kräutern, dazu kommt knackiges Gemüse und die umwerfende leckere würzige Sauce. Das Geheimnis der guten Sauce - Kräuter Senf, Schalotten, Gewürzgurken und Petersilie. Als Basis nehmt griechischen Joghurt. Der Kräutersenf ist von @zwergenwiese_naturkost. Es ist aus dem deutschen Senfsaat gemacht, die Zutatenliste ist kurz und beeindruckend: mit Gewürzen wie Ingwer, Nelke, Kurkuma und Kräuter de Provence. Alles was wir für den Salat brauchen 👍🏻 Unschlagbar beim Verfeinern von Saucen. Zutaten für 3 Personen 500 g Baby Kartoffeln 3 Eier ½ Bund Radieschen 100 g TK Erbsen 250 g griechischer Joghurt 1 EL Kräuter Senf 2 Gewürzgurken 1 Handvoll Petersilienblätter 3 EL Olivenöl 1 TL Knoblauchpulver 1 EL italienische Kräuter Salz, Pfeffer Optional: eingelegte rote Zwiebeln Zubereitung 1. Ofen auf 180° Umluft vorheizen. Das Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. 2. Kartoffeln abkochen, auf dem Blech verteilen, mit einem Glas flach andrücken. Kartoffeln mit Salz und Gewürzen bestreuen, mit Olivenöl beträufeln und ca. 15 Min bis goldbraun backen. 3. Für die Sauce Gewürzgurken und Petersilie fein hacken. Joghurt, Gewürzgurken und Petersilie verrühren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. 4. Erbsen mit heißem Wasser übergießen und 2 Minuten ziehen lassen. Abtropfen lassen. 5. Radieschen halbieren oder in Scheiben schneiden. 6. Rukola, Kartoffeln, Eier, Erbsen, Radieschen auf dem Teller verteilen, mit Sauce vermischen. Smashed potato salad. So good! Cook baby potatoes, smash with a glass, season and sprinkle with herbs, add olive oil and bake till golden. Add fresh veggies like cucumber, radish, egg, arigula, peas. Make a dressing with green jogurt, shallots, pickels and parsley. Voila!
