Everything will be just fine. Never give up. Believe that the universe is conspiring on your behalf to offer up experiences that you have expressed a desire to have. I must admit, I blow hot and cold on the word 'healing'. How does that word make YOU feel? Maybe it's just the nature of my work and the community of wonderful weirdos I mix with. But that word gets used ALOT! But what does it actually mean? Healing is usually defined as 'the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again.' OK, so there is the assumption that something isn't right? This is where I get a bit stuck. We spend a lot of our lives thinking we need to be/do better. We strive to improve, to heal, to fix what is wounded. Often, yes, there is absolutely parts of ourselves that can become fragmented and leave open wounds needing a loving, nurturing balm to soothe. And we can always do with a dose of loving care regardless of how transformative the shift may be. But I am most interested in how we remember we are ALREADY ENOUGH. That even those sticky, messy, raw parts of ourselves are what make us magic. How do we remember that we ARE divine? How do we know we that aspect IS healed? So much toxic advice online nowadays on using your feminine energy to trick rich men into commiting to you. And many call that dark feminine. That is NOT dark feminine! Dark feminine is about having boundaries and standards, putting yourself first and having self-love. Is also about integrity. Using manipulation tactics, tricking men, lying, etc, is TOXIC advice from trauma. Only insecure wounded women do this. Don't just fly. Soar. I was watching the birds and thinking about how good they are at catching the updrafts and letting the air support and transport them. They simply pay attention to the tiny changes in air movement and temperature changes and adjust their bodies and wings to make the most of the moving air. (I don't know if I read that somewhere or just made it up, but it feels right, LOL) Supposing it is true, their efforts are multiplied by paying attention to what's already there, the wind. So flying can take a lot of effort, or require barely any exertion. But soaring appears effortless! It likely still requires attention and being in tune with their surroundings. There’s been a wrecking.. a crumbling.. happening in my world for a while now.. It’s been painful, it’s been messy, it’s taken me to the depths of myself and the depths of life.. & it’s been perfect in many ways. I was trying to hold everything together thinking this is what I need to do…. But God had different plans for me. I was creating my own suffering by controlling everything so tightly because as much as we say we trust God.. we trust life.. sometimes we don’t. This was a BIG AWAKENING FOR ME! I realise that the more I let go… the more I can rest and allow what I desire come to me in the most unexpected and magical ways… the more free and aligned I feel. The crumbling happens because you set the intention for it to happen.. Because you said you wanted a life that felt too good to be true.. you said you wanted the relationship of your dreams, the business of your dreams, the life of your dreams... You said this is how I want to FEEL.. but only half heartily believing you can have it all. You can’t selectively numb emotions. When we don’t allow ourselves to feel emotions that don’t feel good in our body, we will simultaneously become unable to experience joy, love, expansion,etc. Also, those emotions become stuck in the physical body.
