Red Velvet Cupcakes 🧁❤️🍫 Ingredients: • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 3/4 cup granulated sugar • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 2 large eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 tablespoon red food coloring • 1/2 cup buttermilk • 1 teaspoon white vinegar • For the frosting: • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 2 cups powdered sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. 2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and red food coloring. 4. Deshalb müssen wir im Seminar zuallererst die Arbeit des Bauern in den Blick nehmen . Er darf den Boden nicht ausrauben. Er muss die Bodenfruchtbarkeit erhalten, vor allem, indem er Humus aufbaut - so wird seine Landwirtschaft nachhaltig. Wenn er mir nach der Ernte das auf einem lebendigen Boden gewachsene Korn gibt, stehen die Fragen zu seiner Vermahlung an. Erst, wenn ich das fertige Mehl in Händen halte stehe ich vor der spannenden Frage nach seiner Fermentation mit Sauerteig. Zum backen schließlich bevorzuge ich eine Steinplatte. Ebenso gut funktioniert es in einer Backform, in kleinen Mengen auch in einem schweren Topf. Alles zusammen ergibt eine gute Grundlage für das backen eines aromatischen, bekömmlichen Brotes. Diese Überlegungen prägen mein Leben. Tag für Tag, Jahr für Jahr. Sie leiten uns durch das Seminar, wenn wir uns austauschen und gemeinsam arbeiten. Just made these delightful Apple Dumplings with Sweet Syrup! 🍎✨ Perfect for a cozy dessert on a chilly evening. Ingredients: 2 large apples (e.g., Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled, cored, and sliced 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 cup apple juice or cider 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into four equal squares. Place a few slices of apple in the center of each puff pastry square. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Dot with a small piece of butter on top of each mound of apple. Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the apples, creating a dumpling shape, and press the edges to seal. Brush the tops of the dumplings with beaten egg. Place the dumplings on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. While the dumplings are baking, heat apple juice or cider in a small saucepan over medium heat.
