Znáte RANUNCULUS neboli pryskyřník? Já ho obdivuju už léta. Ta jeho sukýnka se spoustou spodniček mi dlouho ležela v hlavě. Byla to i dlouhá cesta než jsem ji otiskla do paměti foťáku a po té vytiskla na papír a ve finální verzi ji nechala vytisknout na plátno. Tento proces se nedá urychlit, v představách je všechno dokonalé během pár sekund, ale přenos myšlenky a obrazu do reality je neskutečná alchymie. Je to pro mě i dost výzva k trpělivosti v tomto zrychleném světě. Kde všichni každý den produkují milióny fotek za sekundu. Občas mě popadá i frustrace, jestli má vůbec smysl se s tím párat. Ale pak vidím svoji zhmotnělou představu a říkám si: jo, stálo to za to. A pak už můžu jen doufat, že se najde někdo, kdo to také ocení. Konec pátečního zamyšlení. In ogni caso, in Francia, la tradizione del mughetto si rinnovò e divenne stabile nel 1895 quando il chansonnier Félix Mayol, giunto a Parigi alla stazione ferroviaria di Saint-Lazare, fu omaggiato con un mughetto dalla sua amica Jenny Cook. Fino ad allora la tradizione voleva che l’omaggio consistesse in una camelia che gli uomini indossavano sulla loro redingote. Félix Mayol si presentò sulla scena col mughetto sulla lunga giacca e fu un successo. La tradizione, inoltre, della libera vendita sulle strade dei mughetti è fatta risalire a Claude-François de Payan, amico di Robespierre.
