ALIVE STRONG- COMPLETE! Honestly, never thought I’d see the day where I actually finished a program! 10 weeks of workouts, 5 days a week, 50 workouts total. Over 2200 active hours at the gym (not including any extra workouts I did). There may not be much change physically- I didn’t do my best with eating, but the mental and emotional change is what mattered doing this. Keeping up with it, being proud of myself, showing up for myself. That’s the change you can’t see. I’ve said it before and I’ve said it again, I love this app! The changes and alternatives you can do. The different programs and workouts. The tracking of weights and PRs. The journals and journey tracking. ✨ Weekly weigh in ✨ Woahhhhh this was a mixture of emotions this week! Amazing loss for Dale! He has been doing incredibly well! Looking after me, going to the gym and also staying on track is a massive deal. Dale’s an emotional eater and when I’m unwell or is anything happens out of routine his first instinct is to grab food. He said that going to the gym has been really good for his mental health and has helped him through this tough time we’re going through at the moment 💙 Not going to lie my result this morning was a seriously hard pill to swallow considering I’ve have an excellent week food wise. I couldn’t have done any better. In honesty, I feel like we’ve sacrificed on food this week. Had boring leftovers (mainly eating out of plastic tubs) compared to our normal different everyday meals.
