I’ve always heard of this dude and his band but I never really got to listen to it. Now I do and today we have the second album from Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble which is basically him and a backup band. And it has some really solid Blues Rock on here, and I didn’t grow up on this music but I’m sure someone can do more justice with this album than I could. He only had 7 years as a musician as he would pass away in a helicopter crash in 1990 after performing in East Troy, Wisconsin. And it’s sad that we get to see a young and promising career snuffed out and we don’t get to see the full potential of what he could’ve been.
